"Deplu diberi kewenangan melaksanakan dan mengkoordinasikan hubungan luar negeri, termasuk menyiapkan Pejabat Dinas Luar Negeri, baik untuk bertugas di Pusat maupun di Perwakilan-Perwakilan Indonsia di luar negeri," tandasnya.
Pada pasal 31 ayat 1 UU Hublu, PNS yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan latihan khusus akan ditugaskan di Departemen Luar Negeri dan seluruh perwakilan Republik Indonesia di dunia.

IFC Office in Jakarta is inviting motivated and qualified candidates to fill the Program Assistant position on a 2-year basis. The Program Assistant will carry out the full range of office support work, including managing processes and monitoring schedules related to their team's/unit's products and tasks. Program Assistant positions are held by experienced staff whose acquired knowledge and skills enable them to independently undertake diverse and complex work assignments (e.g. database management, actively engage in knowledge management, task management, major event/course planning, etc.). Work requires extensive coordination with other Units of IFC and frequent liaison with team members, regardless of location, and external counterparties.

Duties and Accountabilities:
# Providing primary assistance to the Team of Investment Officers in the implementation of the unit's work program, including some specialized support in a specific area(s), e.g. travel, meeting arrangements, database management, editorial assistance, etc.
# Assisting in the identification and resolving of diverse issues/problems, which often require interpretation of existing operational procedures and processes, and independently determining the appropriate application.
# Attending meetings, draft minutes and ensure their timely clearance and distribution.
# Serving as a communication resource on status of investment projects, filing and drafting of standard project-related correspondence.
# Coordinate time schedules in consideration of given priorities, independently resolve potential conflicts of schedules, communicate results appropriately.
# Undertaking ad hoc inquiries in databases, retrieves, maintains and presents data.

Selection Criteria:
# Excellent knowledge of relevant portfolio databases and systems, or excellent aptitude to learn new systems. Willingness to acquire quickly an excellent understanding and thorough knowledge of IFC s operational and administrative policies, procedures and processes and apply these skills.
# Good knowledge of IFC s portfolio procedures and processes; or strong previous relevant experience.

1. Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant IFS
(BC-IFS)

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed
by customers, starting from identifying the customer needs, determining
technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the
new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 from any major, but preferably Computer Science

* For BC-HRIS :

* Candidates with IT background : preferably having min. 1 year
programming experience especially in developing HRIS software

* Candidates without IT background : having wide knowledge of Human
Resources Information System

* For BC-IFS, having wide knowledge of IFS, both programming and system

* Preferably having 1 year experience in handling project as Business
Consultant

2. Application Engineer (APP-ENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation
of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test &
debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in Computer Science

* Having wide knowledge of PHP and Java programming is an advantage

* Preferably having 1 year experience as a Programmer / Application
Engineer

3. Application Support (APP-SUP)

Responsible in installing programs and applications, handling trial
session, and delivering training or providing information to the
customers of how to use the programs

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in Computer Science

* Having wide knowledge of Visual Basic 6, VB.NET, Java, SQL Server,
Linux, MySQL, Oracle, HRIS System and Accounting System.

* Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field, although fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply

4. Sales Executive - Information Technology (SE-IT)

Grow sales of IT solutions in existing customers and develop new
business opportunities

Requirements:

* Min. S1 from any major

* Having min. 1 year sales experience, especially in selling IT
Solutions (software and or hardware)

* Working independently and travelling is a must

B. SALES AND MARKETING

1. Sales Executive (SE / SE - AUTO)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

Requirements for SE:

* Preferably having a minimum of 1 year sales experience,
although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements for SE - AUTO:

* Having a minimum of 1 year experience in selling Engineering
Plastic materials

3. Sales Engineer - Water Treatment (SEng-WT)/ Water Treatment Plant
(SEng-WTP)

5. Technical Support - Water Treatment Chemical (TS - WT)

To ensure the effectiveness of the chemicals applied for the process and
meet the standard of technical proposal

6. Process Engineer - Water Treatment Plant (PE-WT)

To design water and/or waste water treatment plant properly and to
commission the system once built completely

Requirements:

* Graduated of Engineering, preferably Chemical/Mechanical Engineering

* Preferably having min. 2 years as engineer in the same industry

* To be posted in Bitung - Tangerang

7. Control & Electrical Engineer - Water Treatment Plant (CEE-WTP)

To design the panel, PLC and wiring of water and/or waste water
treatment plant properly

* Graduated of Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering

* Preferably having min. 2 years as electrical engineer in the same
industry

* To be posted in Bitung - Tangerang

8. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer - Water Treatment Plant (ME-WTP)

To design piping, pumping, wiring system for the water and/or waste
water plant properly

* Graduated of Engineering, preferably Mechanical / Electrical
