– Prepare to launch socialization on gas sales operational issue
– Provide consultation to commercial and finance team

– Prepare, and propose joined emergency response among gas producers and customer at metering area

4. Managing relevant administration and report

REQUIREMENTS:

a) Education and Experience:
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering is preferable.
- Have minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in oil and gas industry.

b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
- Qualified to do gas metering calculation

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION AND RELATED QUALIFICATION:

Night Well Site Leaders (NWSL)

• Offsite supervision, coordination and implementation of the daily activities for the RIG
• Responsible to leading all HSSE, Logistic and Operational activities on the wells being drilled and tested
• Supervises the implementation or execution of all Drilling programs on site (rig location) to deliver the business objectives on a day by day basis. This include the performance management of all drilling contractors and service providers on rig location
• Provide operational guidance In well planning, drilling procedures and forward programs and actively participate in Projects continuous improvement process.
• Management and control of operational costs, by optimizing activities on the rig.

Offshore Drilling Rig Material Support (DMat)

• Onsite supervision, coordination and Implementation of the daily activities of material storage and movement for the rig.
• Manage, supervise and record Company & 3” Party Drilling equipment in Rigsite.
• Support & assists Westside Leaders onsite on drilling project activity for material movement and storage
• Coordinate all boats movement with WSI. and Jakarta Drilling Operation support
• Supervise on transferring of all Equipment, Material, chemical, explosive and fuel from/to Boat and to/from Rig.

Offshore Drilling Rig HSE Coaches (DHSE)

• Responsible for effectively supporting the delivery of all HSSE, logistic and operational activities on the wells being trilled and completed.
• Conducting audits and SOC to deliver Clients safety agenda
• Delivering training packages and company HSE campaign (e.g. Safety Immersions / Initiatives, Health and Environmental promotions, etc)
• Coordinating HSE related matters between Company Drilling Contractor and other contractors interfacing on the Rig Site.
• Ensuring recommendations to address identified area of improvements are developed and timely dose out.

Intervention/Completion Supervisor (ICS)

• Demonstrate a high level of leadership in HSSE at the well-site, by conducting T81 Risk Assessment, Safety Audit, and coordination with OIM.
• On-site supervision in the implementation of well intervention arid completion programs to deliver the business objectives
• Active management of well intervention and completion equipment inspection and verification for fit for purpose application on well-site.
• Coordinate and supervise the assembly and load out of all well intervention and completion equipment.
• Provide technical support to onshore and offshore teams during well intervention and completion activities.
• liaison with well-site personnel, key contractors and sub-contractors during well intervention and completion planning aria operations.
• Commitment to well planning and learning process through input in well intervention and completion procedures, forward programs and active participation in Bra continuous improvement processes.

Welt Intervention Team Leader (WITL)

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to HSSE in all activities.
•. Perform engineering and feasibility studies, cost evaluations, equipment & services evaluations in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Performs performance tracking and cost management for technical limits and continuous improvements.
• Interact with contractors and service providers to ensure high level of performance and technical Integrity on activities.
• Perform post activity evaluation, knowledge management and transfer best practices to embed lesson learnt in upcoming or future well Intervention activities.
• Provide engineering support during well intervention execution.
• Coach and mentor junior well intervention staff.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATION:

Core Competencies:
• Conversant with all aspects of Lifting Operations associated with Drilling Operations — Control & Management of Lifting Equipment and Lifting Operations. (RHSE) .
• Conversant with Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) Marine Operations (RHSE)
• Knowledge of Government of Indonesia Legislation, related to Health, Safety & Environment is an offshore drilling setting is preferred (RHSE)
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of drilling equipment but not limited to; tools, chemicals, fuel handling inventory activities (DMat)
• Strong communication skills both orally and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English) and computer literate - All Position

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of offshore drilling operations (NWSL)
• Minimum 10 years if drilling logistic & material management experiences (DMat)
• Minimum 7 years of Hands on operational Drilling HSE experience specially in offshore Drilling environment (RHSE)
• Minimum 15 years of field experiences intervention/completion supervisory roles.
• Minimum 12 years of experiences in well intervention and engineering activities with leadership roles background.

Education
• Valid certifications: certified to IWCF or IADC, I4UET, Sea Survival (NWSL, ICS)
• Valid certifications certified to HUET Sea Survival (RHSE)

1 Pejabat Diplomatik dan Konsuler (Diplomat/PDK)


Lulusan Sarjana (S-1), Magister/Master (S-2) dan Doktor (S-3) sejumlah 60 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan III untuk dididik menjadi Pejabat Diplomatik dan Konsuler (Diplomat/PDK);







Uraian Kerja :







Tugas utama seorang diplomat Indonesia adalah mewakili negara dan pemerintah Indonesia (representing), melakukan perundingan untuk dan atas nama kepentingan nasional (negotiating), melindungi kepentingan negara dan pemerintah, warga negara, dan Badan Hukum Indonesia (protecting), membangun jejaring dan kerja sama untuk memajukan hubungan kedua negara/pihak (promoting) dan melakukan pelaporan pelaksanaan tugas dan pengamatan di bidang politik, keamanan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya (reporting).Tugas-tugas tersebut dilaksanakan di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri.






2 Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT)


Lulusan Sarjana (S-1) sejumlah 40 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan III dan dididik menjadi Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT)







Uraian Kerja :







Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT) adalah staf non-diplomatik yang membantu pelaksanaan tugas di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri di bidang administrasi, keuangan, kepegawaian, perlengkapan dan kerumahtanggaan.






3 Petugas Komunikasi (PK)


Lulusan Diploma 3 (D-3) sejumlah 20 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan II dan dididik menjadi Petugas Komunikasi (PK).







Uraian Kerja







Petugas Komunikasi (PK) adalah staf non-diplomatik yang membantu pelaksanaan tugas di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri di bidang pengelolaan teknologi informasi, komunikasi, persandian, pengamanan, pengawasan dan pengendalian pemberitaan.

























I. PERSYARATAN UMUM






a. Warga Negara Indonesia.

b. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1994 dan sebelumnya).

c. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.

d. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.

e. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.

f. Tidak bersuami/beristrikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan.

g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.

h. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 (lima) tahun dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah. PDLN dapat ditugaskan pada salah satu Perwakilan RI di Luar Negeri di seluruh dunia dimana kondisi setempat dimana Perwakilan RI diakreditasikan cukup beragam, beberapa diantaranya merupakan wilayah yang rawan secara politik, ekonomi maupun keamanan.





II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS



A. PEJABAT DIPLOMATIK DAN KONSULER (DIPLOMAT/PDK)






a. Berijazah Sarjana (S-1), Magister/Master (S-2), atau Doktor (S-3):



  1. Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Jurusan Hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Politik, Studi Kawasan, Ilmu Komunikasi/Hubungan Masyarakat, Ilmu Pemerintahan dan Administrasi Negara).
  2. Ilmu Hukum (Hukum Internasional, Hukum Perdata, Hukum Pidana, Hukum Bisnis, Hukum Lingkungan, Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi Negara).
  3. Ilmu Ekonomi (Jurusan Manajemen dan Studi Pembangunan).
  4. Sastra/Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya (Arab, China, Inggris, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman).


b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK:



  • Sarjana (S-1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima) dalam skala 4;
  • Magister/Master (S-2) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol) dalam skala 4.
  • Doktor (S-3) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol) dalam skala 4.


c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) dan/atau bahasa Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB)/asing lainnya (Arab, China, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman).


d. Berusia maksimum:



  • 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1984 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S-1).
  • 32 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1980 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Magister/Master (S-2).
  • 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1977 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Doktor (S-3).






B. PENATA KEUANGAN DAN KERUMAHTANGGAAN PERWAKILAN (PKKRT)






a. Berijazah Sarjana (S-1) Jurusan Akuntansi.

III. PENDAFTARAN




a.
Melakukan registrasi online melalui situs https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id mulai tanggal 16 Juli 2012 pukul 09.00 WIB dan mencetak formulir registrasi beserta pernyataan menyetujui ketentuan dan syarat yang ditetapkan.

b.
Disamping melakukan registrasi online, peserta wajib mengirimkan berkas lamaran kepada Panitia Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu Tahun Anggaran 2012 melalui Pos Tercatat mulai tanggal 16 Juli 2012 (CAP POS) dan berakhir pada tanggal 06 Agustus 2012 (CAP POS), serta sudah harus diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 10 Agustus 2012, ditujukan kepada:

Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran dan mendaftar hanya untuk satu kategori seleksi PDK, PKKRT, atau PK.

d.
Registrasi online baru akan diproses setelah Panitia menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui P.O. BOX tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya.

e. Formulir Registrasi harus dilengkapi dengan melampirkan:


i. Surat Pernyataan Menyetujui Ketentuan dan Syarat yang telah dicetak dibubuhi meterai Rp. 6.000;


ii. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku/Fotokopi Paspor bagi Pelamar dari luar negeri;


iii. Daftar Riwayat Hidup terakhir, sesuai dengan format yang telah disediakan (unduh format aftar Riwayat Hidup disini);


iv.

Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah (D-3, S-1, S-2 atau S-3) berikut transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisasi (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli). Pejabat yang berwenang mengesahkan fotokopi ijazah dapat dilihat di sini.
Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah Sementara tidak diterima;

Catatan: bagi lulusan luar negeri yang memiliki transkrip nilai tidak berskala 4.0 harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai dengan skala 4.0.



v. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran;


vi. Asli Surat Keterangan berbadan sehat dan tidak buta warna yang dikeluarkan oleh dokter RSUD/RSUP/RS TNI/Polri terbaru (3 bulan terakhir);


vii. Fotokopi tanda pencari kerja (kartu kuning Kemnakertrans) yang masih berlaku;


viii. Asli Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;


ix. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4x6 cm (berwarna) sesuai dengan kriteria foto sebanyak 3 lembar. Harap tuliskan nama Pelamar di bagian belakang foto(lihat kriteria foto di sini).







Catatan: Bagi pelamar yang bertempat tinggal di luar negeri persyaratan pada butir vi sampai dengan viii harus dapat dipenuhi pada saat daftar ulang apabila dinyatakan lulus pada ujian seleksi tahap terakhir.





f. Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (e) disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map kertas jepit berlubang dengan warna:


i. Biru untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–1;


ii. Kuning untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–2;


iii. Putih untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–3;


iv. Hijau untuk Pelamar PKKRT; dan


v. Merah untuk Pelamar PK

g. Map lamaran beserta lampiran dimasukkan kedalam amplop warna coklat. Pada pojok kiri atas amplop agar ditempelkan potongan barcode yang dapat diperoleh setelah mengunduh formulir registrasi.

h. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.

i. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar.

j. Pelamar diminta untuk tidak melampirkan dokumen-dokumen lain selain yang tersebut pada butir e.





IV. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI



Seleksi penerimaan PDK, PKKRT, dan PK dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:


1. Seleksi Administrasi;


2. Ujian Kompetensi Dasar (meliputi wawasan kebangsaan, intelejensi umum, dan tes karakteristik pribadi) dan Ujian Tulis Substansi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (meliputi masalah nasional, internasional dan pengetahuan umum) dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 September 2012. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;


3. Ujian Kemampuan/Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Asing Lainnya (Arab, China, Inggris, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman) berdasarkan pilihan Pelamar, dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 – 11 Oktober 2012. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;


4. Pemeriksaan Psikologi, Wawancara Substansi, Tes Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi/Komputer dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Oktober – 2 November 2012. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;


5. Pelamar yang lulus pada setiap tahapan ujian akan diumumkan melalui situs https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id;


6. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.





V. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI DAN PENGAMBILAN KARTU TANDA PESERTA UJIAN




1. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Seleksi Administrasi adalah mereka yang telah melakukan registrasi online dan memenuhi seluruh persyaratan administrasi lamaran. Hasil Seleksi Administrasi dijadwalkan akan diumumkan pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2012 melalui situs https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id.

2. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus tahapan Seleksi Administrasi diwajibkan untuk mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) sebagai syarat mengikuti Ujian Tulis Substansi.

3. KTPU harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kemlu, Jalan Sisingamangaraja No. 73, Jakarta Selatan, dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri. Apabila Peserta mewakilkan pengambilan KTPU kepada pihak ketiga, maka diperlukan Surat Kuasa bermaterai dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri Peserta dan Penerima Kuasa, serta menyerahkan fotokopi kartu identitas diri dimaksud.

4. Jadwal pengambilan KTPU dijadwalkan akan diumumkan kemudian melalui situs https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id.





VI. LAIN-LAIN






1. Panitia Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kementerian Luar Negeri TA 2012 tidak mengadakan surat-menyurat dan tidak memungut biaya apapun.

2. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu TA 2012 hanya dapat dilihat dalam situs http://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id. Para Pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantau situs dimaksud.

3. Kelulusan pada setiap tahapan tes ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi Pelamar. Kementerian Luar Negeri tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Kementerian Luar Negeri atau Panitia.

4. Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan terakhir seleksi, tetapi mengundurkan diri dikenakan sanksi dengan diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp 20.000.000,- (Dua Puluh Juta Rupiah) untuk disetorkan kepada Kas Negara.

5. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Kementerian Luar Negeri sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku.

6. Keputusan Panitia dalam hal kelulusan Pelamar pada setiap tahapan tes bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

7. Apabila Pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, baik pada setiap tahapan tes/ujian maupun setelah dinyatakan lulus dan diangkat menjadi CPNS/PNS di Kementerian Luar Negeri, maka Kementerian Luar Negeri berhak membatalkan keikutsertaan Pelamar pada tahapan ujian dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai CPNS/PNS Kementerian Luar Negeri, dan melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana ke pihak yang berwenang karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.
