5. Rigging Engineer

7. Planning/Scheduling Engineer

8. Area Field Engineer

9. Cost Engineers

. Experience in developing quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty using defined documents or undefined scope assumptions.
10. Insulation/Coatings/Fire Proofing Field Engineer
. Experience in the management of subcontractors activities relating to cost and scheduling, manpower requirements, and productivity.
. NACE level l or equivalent and experience in cryogenic insulation systems and experience in the application of intumescent fire proofing.
General Requirements:
. Bilingual in English and Indonesian.

Project Engineering Managers: Manage and lead multi-discipline, multi-functional engineering teams. Serve as a bridge between engineering, procurement, construction, completions and project management teams, Position requires continuous interaction with client, control and monitoring of technical issues, quality, budget, cost and schedule, progress and resource manning and management reporting.
Project Engineering Coordinators: Engineers with experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, interfacing with vendors and subcontractors, providing inputs for monitoring and control of engineering delivery, managing engineering budgets and the change management process. Experience is also required in managing design productivity, design reviews, investigating discrepancies working in an environment of implementing continuous improvement.
Structural Engineers: Civil/Structural Engineers with experience in structural design of offshore oil and gas facilities. Ability to design jackets, deck structures, topsides modules, Using WSD, LRFD and stress skin design methods. Knowledge of spectral fatigue, progressive collapse and seismic analysis essential. Skill sets must include high level of versatility in SACS and its modules, GAL WEAP and USFOS. User skills in MOSES, SESAM is advantageous.
Pipeline Engineers: Mechanical or Structural Engineers with experience in subsea pipeline design techniques, analysis methods, statutory codes and guidelines. Knowledge of subsea pipeline materials, valves and exotic materials, global buckling, lateral buckling mitigations and industry software such as CAESAR II, AGA, MathCAD, AUTOPIPE is essential. Exposure to ABAQUS FE software is desirable.
Piping Engineers: Mechanical Engineers with experience in piping layouts, materials, stress analysis of offshore facilities (faxed and floating) and well versed in the deployment of 3-D modeling tools like PDS/PDMS.
CAD Design Supervisors: Diploma/HNC or equivalent required. Experience in design supervision and development of offshore fixed/floating facility topsides layouts, pipe or cable tray routing, structural 3-D modeling, facility 3-D modeling, extraction of CAD drawings and MTOs from 3-D models, BOOs, checking and verification of designs and in guiding teams of designers. Experience in preparation of design guidelines; work closely, with 3-0 model administrator and discipline engineers expected. Experience in PDMS and/ or PDS software essential. Ability to manage and lead all design work and design team for relevant discipline is essential.
Process Engineers: Chemical Engineers with experience in offshore facilities process simulation, PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valves and flare sizing. Process optimization skills desirable.
Instrumentation Engineers: Instrumentation Engineers with experience in control systems, field instrumentation including foundation field bus instruments, shutdown systems, safety specifications, data sheets including experience with INTOOLS and exposure to 3D modeling software.
Electrical Engineers: Electrical Engineers with experience in specifying and selection of equipment for hazardous and non hazardous area LV/MV/HV applications, heat tracing, subsea cables and GIS sub stations. Should have experience with ETAP, EDSA, CYME or SKM.
HSE/Risk Analysis Engineers: Chemical Engineers with experience in fire, explosive and dispersion modeling, QRA, risk , control measures to demonstrate ALARP, fire and explosion risk assessment, safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, escape and evacuation studies.

Advise management with changes to government regulations.
Requirements:
1. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering
2. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area in mining industry
3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
4. Able to travel from time to time if required
5. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support companys operations effectively and efficiently.
2. Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.

HSE OFFICER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)

Maintain, monitor and review companys daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.
Requirements:
1. Willing to travel to all companys sites
2. Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
3. Min. Senior/Technical High School or Diploma Degree in public occupational health & Safety/environment engineer or Engineering Graduate/Bachelor.
4. Minimal 3 years have experienced in HSE Field implementation at high risk industry (For Diploma III in HSE or technical).
5. Will be prefered if understand of lifting equipment, marine activity and or material handling activity.
6. Hold AK3 certified from government

1) Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.

4) Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
5) Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
6) Socialize and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
7) Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards. Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
8) Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety information.
9) Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.

• Provide training for all operators in class and outside as planning programs and remind to all employees about unsafe actions.
• Correct technique operation and safety operation procedure
• Conduct refresh to all operators and test theory and practical for candidate operators and drivers.
• Make assessments and recommend appropriate test results in the assessment form.
• Make weekly and monthly report based on activities that have been done
• Establish, participate and present safety tool box meeting.
• Report to Training Superintendent.

  • Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
  • Offshore D&C Experienced Required Deepwater D&C experience a plus.
  • A candidate with subsea and/or deepwater experience will be preferred.
  • Able to prepare deepwater completion design including intelligent wells, planning, risk analysis and execution support for field development.
  • Have significant experience in increasing responsibility on the supervision of completion/workover/well intervention in oil and gas operations
  • Able to analyze, supervise, and conduct specific completion operations in accordance with well programs and accepted procedure
  • Fluent with general completion engineering principles and well control theory and practice
  • Familiar with procurement of supplies and services needed to support completion programs
  • Diligently direct and analyze results of job assignments, familiar with investigate job effectiveness
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, differentiate performance, reward, and recognition
  • Strong in ensuring quality results, mentoring
