Experience : International

4. HES Specialist Permitting
Experience: Non International
Job Qualification: • Bachelor/Master degree in HES or relevant technical discipline – Master degree would be an advantage. • Proficient with Oil and Gas GOI certification and permitting processes. • Preferable with minimum 15 years of related experience in oil and gas industries, and in major capital projects.
• Have experiences on obtaining equipment and facility certificates
from DitJen Migas, permits and/or license from one or more of GOI
Agencies, i.e. DitJen Hubud, DitJen Postel, DitJen Hubla, KLH and BLH.
• Have experiences in obtaining permits and approval process
from East Kalimantan Province agencies (BLH, Adpel, Syahbandar, etc.),
especially for oil and gas project.
Job Responsibility: • Provide detailed Migas certificates and permits process mapping, including relevant stakeholder agencies and positions.
• Execute IDD Strategic Plan of Project Regulatory Compliance and
Compliance Assurance, and provide any feedback for continuous
improvement. • Keep abreast and update permitting processes from GOI Agencies, especially from DitJen Migas, DitJen Hubla and KLH. • Managing contractor to meet project schedule for obtaining Migas certificates and GOI permits. • Review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) which prepared by contractors prior submitting to DitJen Migas.
5. Contract Analyst
• Bachelor degree in Commerce or • Updating and maintaining the science or Engineering – or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in contracts administration Oil & Gas
processing facilities, preferably in FEED and EPC contracts. • Knowledge of external contracting practices and trends. • Good presentation and communication skills. • Advanced skills in drafting contractual correspondence, MS word, Excel and Powerpoint contracting plan for the project. • Supporting project team in developing contracting/sourcing strategies, Compensation structures and e- procurement. • Developing and maintaining IDD Specific Contractor”s database. • Drafting Invitation to Bids (ITB) / Request for proposal (RFP). • Analyzing the pre-qualification process of bidders. • Coordinating development and assembly of bid packages. • Coordinating bid clarifications and documentation. • Negotiating changes and assisting in issue of amendments to contracts.

6. Subsea Control & Pipeline Engineer

Job Qualification: • Qualification: 15+ years of specialist
experience with proven experience in offshore construction and
commissioning on deepwater subsea projects with knowledge in deepwater
installation of pipelines (rigid and flexible) and SCRs. •
Experience in defining and incorporating project HSE requirements into
final project specification for execution and post-project operations •
Demonstrated experience with deepwater pipeline design for complex
subsea and export pipeline systems. Familiar with company design
standards and industry specifications & guidelines.
Job Responsibility: • Manage fabrication, testing,
installation and operations of subsea flowline and pipeline system.
Identify opportunities to improve the design for enhanced risk
mitigation, cost/delivery optimization and life-of-field reliability
& performance. • Facilitate primary project interfaces with
stakeholders including Drilling & Completion, Operations, Subsea
Equipment vendor and FEED contractor. Also manage interfaces with well
jumpers & connection systems and ROV Tooling/Interventions. •

7. Subsea Equipment Installation Engineer
Experience : International
Job Qualification: • Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Ocean)
• 12+ years of proven and specialist experience in offshore
installation and commissioning on deepwater subsea projects
with knowledge in deepwater installation and construction support
engineering of PLET/PLEM, well and flowline jumpers, flying leads,
Subsea Distribution Units (SDU), manifolds and foundations. • Over
the last 8 years Candidate must have spent a minimum of 5 yrs holding
position as Lead Equipment installation Engineer either with an O&G
Operator or an Installation Contractor. • Knowledge of offshore
deepwater survey positioning system, ROVs, ROV tools, vertical
jumper connector tools, deployment systems of Flying Leads (hydraulic,
electric and optical), installation rigging design and selection,
deepwater lowering systems, etc. • Experience planning and
executing deepwater offshore installation and commissioning activities
for Subsea Equipment (contracting, vessel coordination, interface
management, simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), etc). • Experience in Interfacing with Subsea Equipment Vendor (SEV) and Subsea Installation Contractor (SIC).
• Experience in defining and incorporating project HSE
requirements into final project specification for execution and
post-project operations. • Familiar with industry and regulatory codes, standards and recommended practices from API, ASME, DNV etc.

Job Responsibility:
Brief Description Subsea Equipment Installation Engineer is a
member of the Project Facilities Team with Subsea Installation Contract
(SIC) management responsibilities. The SIC scope will include the
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning
of Pipelines, flowlines, SCRs, jumpers, umbilicals, flying leads,
foundations and manifolds and Transportation & Installation of FPUs
. Subsea Equipment Installation Engineer position is responsible for
contract management support, Interfaces with Subsea Equipment Vendor
(SEV), QA, and Transportation & Installation of PLET/PLEMs, Jumpers,
Manifold, Foundation Piles, Flying Leads, Subsea Distribution Units,
etc. The position is expected to be a Safety Leader for the work scope.
Responsibility • Work with Project Team and SIC contractor
to champion an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture. Ensure full
compliance with project HES requirements during execution. Ensure all
regulatory requirements are identified and addressed • Manage updates
to FEED documents including of design / procurement specifications, as
well as fabrication, testing, installation and operations
specifications for Subsea Equipment. Identify opportunities to
improve the design for enhanced risk mitigation,
cost/delivery optimization and life-of-field reliability &
performance. • Review and constructability input to SIC and SEV detailed design documents related to Subsea Equipment.
• Review and input to SIC installation plans and procedures and
ensure they are in compliance with COMPANY specifications,
industry standards, and approved detailed design documents. •
Participate in primary project interfaces during Detailed Design and
Installation with stakeholders including SIC contractor, FPU contractor,
SEV, Third Party Pipeline Owners, and internal COMPANY teams such as
Drilling & Completion, Operations, Project Management, and
Government offices of MIGAS and BPMIGAS. • Facilitate, participate,
support and/or comply with CPDEP (Chevron Project Development &
Execution Process) to advance the project to the next phase, including
participation in peer assists, peer reviews VIPs (Value Improving
Practices), design assurance, lessons learned, constructability
reviews, etc. • Occasional business trips to SIC Contractor and
SEV facilities and construction vessel will be required prior to the
installation campaign. • Participation in offshore activities
will be required as the project moves from the fabrication yard to
offshore installation these responsibilities include: - Oversee the activities of SIC CONTRACTOR during equipment installation on construction vessels. - Support pre- commissioning and commissioning of flowlines and Subsea Equipment System.
8. Sr. Contract Specialist
Experience: International
• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering – or its equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years experience out of which 10 years in major capital
projects (of the order of USD 500 Million) of Offshore Oil & Gas
processing facilities • Capable of managing all aspects of
contracting functions for complex major capital projects, including
Superior & full scale practical experience & knowledge within
Contracts & Subcontracts, Procurement, Materials Management in the
Upstream & Downstream Oil & Gas Industry • Broad knowledge of external contracting best practices and trends.
• Experience with Procurement Business Processes, including materials
management, warehousing, and logistics will be an advantage • Record of troubleshooting and resolution of unique and complex problem •
Good presentation and communication skills include excellent
negotiation skills & a mercantile understanding of business. • Experience from working in a multi- national multicultural society • Contracts Specialist is directly involved in all stages of the contracting starting • from FEED procurement & execution to •
EPCI execution contracts in particular and other smaller contracts in
general. The scope includes interaction within the Project team
between different disciplines and sub-teams; and with the pre-FEED,
FEED, and EPC contractors. • The Contracts Specialist shall be responsible for the following activities:
• Independently manage all aspects of contracting functions for
Gendalo and Gehem contracts in particular and other smaller contracts in
general. • Continuously interact with all stakeholders to update the contractual requirements of project.
• Assess the capabilities, limitations and strategies of contractors,
vendors and sub-contractors to assist in evaluating the bids. • Co-ordinate to provide tender clarifications to bidders interacting with the stakeholders. • Lead and co-ordinate negotiations with bidders on technical and commercial exceptions specified in bids. • Ensure all clarifications and negotiated terms are incorporated in the contract documents prior to signing.
• Follow-up with the Contractors to Significant experience in
developing bid lists, pre-qualifying contractors,drafting bid
and contract documents including all necessary Equipment and Services at
all levels from critical local Service/Purchase Orders, for high
valued, to major international contracts for project. • Experience
with major claims & dispute resolution – including
mediation and arbitration execute the deliverables as per the
contract schedule. • Process the variations / change notices initiated by company and contractors. • Review the claims made by contractors and discuss with stakeholders the acceptability of such claims. • Take appropriate approvals for amendments to contractual scope and terms. • Co-ordinate with contractors” team on all matters related with contracts.
• Keep track of all correspondence and minutes of meetings with the
contractors to follow up necessary actions by the assigned parties. • Initiate and conduct contract review meeting every week with the stakeholders and contractors.
• Provide clarifications to contractors on the contractual terms and
conditions and remind the contractors from time to time to comply
with the contractual obligations. • Ensure the contractors complete the work as per the contract scope and quality within the specified time and cost.

9. Senior Commissioning Engineer – Subsea

Job Qualification: • Bachelors degree in Engineering • Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry • 5-10 years in subsea pipelines and facilities pre-commissioning and commissioning • Shallow water and deepwater commissioning experience
Job Responsibility: • Manages the planning and execution of the Gendalo-Gehem subsea pipelines and equipment.
• Lead and manage all aspects pre-commissioning and commissioning of
subsea pipelines and flowlines; subsea structures such as trees,
manifolds, PLETS/PLEMS and associated umbilicals, and flying leads
(hydraulic, electrical and fiber optic). • Review detailed design
documents; ensure alignment with commissioning requirements. Develop a
consolidated plan for subsea commissioning activities. •
Coordinate export pipeline commissioning with the ORF team. Review ORF
design documentation for alignment with commissioning plans.
10. QA/QC Coordinator – SEV
Experience : International
Job Qualification: • Minimum Bachelor of Science, S1, degree in Engineering or equivalent • Familiar with regulations and requirements for inspection and certification.
• Multi-discipline Experience including examination of pressure
vessel, welding, NDT certification, and pipelines experience. •
Inspection experience in each categories of equipment (umbilical,
flexible pipe, Subsea equipment, pressure vessel, rotating equipment,
electrical, flow line, crane or platform)
Job Responsibility: • Facilitate the QA/QC Management
meetings, as well as all direct liaison with the EPC Contractors,
suppliers and vendors in project organization, work schedule, working
procedures, quality plan implementation, inspection test plan (ITP),
standard specifications, and their approved Quality systems. • Monitor the project work activities to satisfy the requirement of COMPANY”s Quality Objectives.
• Assure maintenance of Document Control and Records Management
processes for all quality related documents, i.e.: design engineering,
drawings, specifications, material certificates, procedures, manuals,
reports & test records, as built drawings, manufacturers record
