Junior Drilling Engineer

Tanggung Jawab Utama
• Menyiapkan lembar data sumur.
• Melakukan perhitungan teknis dan perencanaan sumur dengan dibawah supervisi.
• Memantau pekerjaan harian, mengumpulkan laporan harian hasil pelaksanaan pemboran dan biaya operasi pemboran.
• Membuat AFE Pre-desain.
• Menyimpan laporan yang berkaitan dengan drilling kedalam folder yang sudah ditentukan.
• Membuat rincian material yang akan digunakan pada program drilling.
• Membuat lembar data perbandingan waktu operasi, biaya, kehandalan lumpur, kehandalan rig, harga-harga material dan jasa.
• Bekerjasama dengan bagian lain untuk mendapatkan harga-harga material dan jasa.
• Membuat presentasi atas analisa/data yang dibuat, serta memberikan gambaran pekerjaan harian kepada drilling engineer.
• Dalam hal kepegawaian
- Penyusunan dan pengaturan pekerjaan di bawah cakupan Operation Manager.
- Perencanaan crew pemboran dan tenaga kontrak pemboran.
- Program pengembangan karir, seperti kursus, seminar, OJT.
- Proses rekrutmen tenaga kerja di bawah struktur Operation Manager.

Tanggung Jawab Utama
• Mempersiapkan surat dan dokumen pendukung permintaan pengurusan perizinan pinjam pakai kawasan hutan baik untuk Seismik 3D maupun Pemboran Sumur Eksplorasi untuk disampaikan dan mendapat persetujuan dari PT. Pertamina EP.
• Mempersiapkan dokumen permintaan pengurusan perizinan untuk disampaikan dan mendapatkan persetujuan dari SKK. Migas Jawa Timur.
• Melaksanakan pengurusan izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan mulai tingkat Kabupaten, Provinsi, Perum Perhutani dan Kementerian kehutanan RI.
• Mempersiapkan surat dan dokumen Rencana Pengadaan Tanah (RPT) untuk disampaikan dan mendapatkan Surat Kuasa dari PT. Pertamina EP dan SKK. Migas Pusat.
• Melaksanakan proses Pengadaan Tanah bersama instansi terkait (Pemda Kabupaten, Perhutani dan Pemda Propinsi Jawa Tengah).
• Mempersiapkan surat permintaan perizinan pengelolaan bahan Peledak untuk disampaikan dan mendapatkan persetujuan PT. Pertamina EP.
• Melakukan koodinasi dengan SKK Migas untuk mendapatkan persetujuan dan rekomendasi pengurusan perizinan bahan peledak.
• Melakukan pengurusan peizinan bahan peledak di instansi Polri dan bisa bekerjasama dengan kontraktor jasa pengurusan perizinan bahan peledak.
• Bersama Team melakukan penelitian dokumen dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa khususnya meneliti keabsahan dokumen pelelangan.
• Memberikan advice hukum yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan operasi perusahaan sesuai dengan permintaan dari fungsi yang membutuhkan.
• Dalam hal kepegawaian
- Penyusunan dan pengaturan pekerjaan dibawah cakupan Business Support Manager
- Penilaian kinerja tahunan
- Program pengembangan karir, seperti kursus, seminar, OJT.
- Proses rekrutmen tenaga kerja di bawah struktur Business Support Manager.

o Provide engineering sketch drawing and field measurement to Senior Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineers and IAAN Closed-Out Coordinator as required by the project needs and purposes.

• Qualifications
o Minimum Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering.

5. QA & Certification Engineer

o Maintain the validity of the certificates of plant equipment, installation, pipelines, structures, floating storage, barge and safety devices required for production and marine operations.
o Perform the certification of additional new equipment required for production and marine operations.
o Develop and maintain required work process, guidelines and procedures related to the above mentioned equipment certification and the related inspections.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
o 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.

- Having minimum 3 years experiences in Operations Planning and Execution.
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written.

Kualifikasi :
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai safety officer di konstruksi/instalasi/proses (oil & gas).
• Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3.
• Familiar dengan CSMS.
• Familiar dengan OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum atau setara & Kompetensi Sertifikat K3 lainnya.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
• Menjalankan program-program yang telah ditentukan.
• Memastikan operasi dapat berjalan dengan aturan dan menacu pada aspek K3L.
• Mensosialisasikan budaya K3L sehingga dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
