- To ensure compliance to TMOC full cycle process (initiation to close out phase) for any operation change
Requirements:
- Having minimum bachelor degree in all Engineering
- Having minimum 10 year experience in managing projects (development, engineering, maintenance and construction) within oil and gas industry, and exposure in project construction site, engineering house, interface with government, contractors, third party.
- Having experience in developing quality business process, manual, procedures, and programs in Oil and Gas Industry.

DIBUTUHKAN: ASSET DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Area : DKI Jakarta / All Adaro Site
PT. Adaro Persada Mandiri sebagai perusahaan nasional yang sedang berkembang tengah mempersiapkan pembangunan beberapa proyek (bangunan dan infrastruktur) untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional di wilayah propinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Deskripsi jabatan:
Bertanggung jawab penuh atas tahapan proyek, dari tahap feasibility study, penyusunan project proposal dan approval, melakukan eksekusi proyek dan melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak konsultan dan kontraktor, dan memastikan proyek berjalan lancar sesuai target (QCDS).
Kualifikasi:
• Sarjana (S1) dari Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Arsitektur, dengan IPK min.2.8
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Superintendent atau Project Manager 3-5 tahun di perusahaan konstruksi nasional atau perusahaan pemilik proyek.
• Menguasai MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) serta MS-Project.
• Mampu mengoperasikan CAD dianggap sebagai kelebihan
• Memahami sistem manajemen mutu dan K3 dianggap sebagai kelebihan
• Mampu mengendalikan beberapa proyek sekaligus dalam suatu waktu
• Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
• Lancar berbahasa Inggris, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
Lokasi Kerja:
DKI Jakarta / Semua Project di Site Adaro.

PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.
One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
1. Survey Data Processing
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experiences as mine surveyor or survey data processing
• Have good mine software knowledge: Surpac, 12D, Autocad, Minescape
• Familiar with survey tool software: Mapsource, Leica Geo Office
• Familiar with GIS software, such as ArcGIS
• Have GIS certificate would be an advantage
• Have good analytical and reporting skill
• Have good communication skill


2. SHE Officer
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year experiences in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Have AK3 Construction Certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Fluent in English both oral & written

3. Geotech Engineer
Requirement:
• Have minimum bachelor degree in Mining or Geological Engineer from reputable university
• Have basic knowledge about geology and able to combine it with engineering
• Have ability to identify short term and long term geotechnical potential
• Familiar with geotechnical instrument, able to operate and do troubleshooting
• Understand and able to operate geotechnical programs
• Have knowledge about health, safety, and environment
• Have good analytical and reporting skill
• Have good communication skill

4. Wellsite Geologist
Requirement:
• Have minimum bachelor degree in Geological Engineering from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years working experience in contractor or as quality geologist in mine owner (have experience in handling data management will be an advantage)
• Able to use several geological software (Minescape, Autocad, Strat Model)
• Have good ability in writing report and presentation
• Have good interpersonal, team work, and leadership skill
• Willing to travel and move within multiple projects

5. Senior Mine Engineer
Requirement:
• Have minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from reputable university
• Have minimum 2 years experience as Mine Engineer
• Have thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
• Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
• Have experience in using mining software such as Minescape, Autocad, Minex, etc
• Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan
