CONTRACT ENGINEER

Summary Position:
Responsible to provide Tender Package for Project Development and Manage Contracts of Projects.

Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare and develop tender package and establish scope statement refer to POD/AFE and based on information from Engineering (Specification, Drawing, MTO), QC (QA Plan and ITP), Construction (Construction Plan), Project Team (WBS, Schedule, Scope of Works and Schedule of Rates), HSE (HSE Plan and Requirement).
• Manage and Control Contract of Projects
• Assist project teams on matters concerning claims, contentious commercial issues and disputes across all contracts on projects
• Assist project team on claims management, claims assessment methodologies and claim resolution strategies
• Coordination with SCM to provide contract strategy of project development
• Coordination with Project Engineer to provide Technical Bid Evaluation
• Provide Contract Closure when Project Completed
• Assist Cost Estimator and Cost Control to provide data for AFE close-out report
• Coordinate with SCM during Tender Process
• Conduct brainstorming for contract risk identification. Develop schedule risk register (as a minimum shall contains Risk Description, Consequences, Likelihood, Impact, Priority, Mitigation Measure)
• Perform Contract Risk Management and Opportunity Analysis based on the Risk Register
• Perform and Control Contract of Projects being executed, include Changes and Close out.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree Majoring from Engineering, Masters Degree in Project Management and Legal Background is advantage
• Minimum 5 working experience in related Oil & Gas industry
• Knowledgeable in General Oil & Gas Procurement Process (Contract Management), Project Risk Management and also familiar with Government regulation related to Services Contract
• Language Profiency: English
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge in SKK Migas Regulations / PTK 007

Qualification
• Diploma or equivalent with Technical certificates related

Sr. Marine Officer
Coordinate Plan and implement the Marine services through integrating day to day requirements from production and drilling and ensuring vessels safety, seaworthiness and reliability to meet business objectives in delivering effective and cost efficient marine services.
Qualification
• Degree in any technical, science and/or business discipline.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years in Oil & Gas Marine Operation is an added advantage.

Sr. Aviation Officer
Lead the overall activities of Aviation operations to ensure effective logistics activities including alignment with PETRONAS Indonesia Operations, Corporate strategies, Corporate Agenda targets and compliance with Operating Agreements with Partners, as well as PSC requirements.

Requirements:

SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (MIN 1287)
This position will be based at Martabe site with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Superintendent Geotechnical and Hydrogeology.
The main accountabilities of the role are to:
• Promote and maintain high safety performance through personal commitment and application of safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring of interim and final pit walls, dump slopes, and main infrastructures developments
• Evaluate, planning and implementation of geotechnical monitoring systems
• Determine, review, and recommend appropriate geotechnical investigation programs (drilling, sampling, and logging) required for current and future expansion of the pit, waste dump, and associated main infrastructures
• Develop geotechnical database of any geotechnical parameters for design works
• Generate geotechnical data models from collection and analysis of geotechnical mapping and drilling.
• Advanced user of geotechnical software – Slope Stability analysis (Rocscience Package, GeoSlope, Galena, etc.)
• Overseeing the implementation of slope design and evaluation of performance
• Good understanding in hydrogeological aspects
• Undertake remedial geotechnical investigations and formulation of corrective measures
• Assist in developing and continuously maintain site-specific Ground Control Management plan (GCMP)
• Develop site-specific geotechnical hazards awareness training for the mine inducted personnel including contractors
• Providing leadership and mentoring for engineer and geotechnicians.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Bachelors degree in engineering geology or mining or civil engineering.

Responsibilites
• Lead and supervise Contractors activities in development of deliverables in process engineering discipline during Contract period.
• Serve as SME (subject matter expert) in process engineering discipline during Contract period, including utilizing Contractors corporate internal and/or external professional networking as necessary
• Implement QA/QC plan including internal squad check process for process discipline deliverables, prior to submission to Company
• Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge on process engineering discipline during performance of Engineering Services
• Report to and assist Superintendent Engineering for execution of Off-site and On-site Engineering Services during the Contract period.
Requirements
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in process engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with 10 years of which at senior dan lead position. Furthermore, several years of which shall cover following aspects:
o Minimum experience as Lead Process Engineer for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
o Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, 3D designers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.

2. SENIOR COST CONTROL & PROJECT PLANNING
(EPM Dept – Jakarta Based)
Monitoring of the projects financial performance, both revenue and costs, against the Projects budget and/or forecast to support the achievement of the Projects financial objectives; prepare both periodic project reports and financial statement; identify and analyze revenue driver and costs driver to determine the impact on project revenue and project costs. Create and develop a schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial).
• Min 5 years of experience as Project Control or planner/scheduler & quantity surveyor in construction project

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard. The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Control Manager and Project Manager.
• Identify and analyse anomalies, variances or non-compliances in the actual operating costs (i.e., materials, plant, labour, sub-contractors, etc.) and take the necessary corrective actions or inform management of proposed action to ensure compliance as soon as they become known
• Provide recommendations on operating cost reports based on comparative analysis of budget/forecast to actuals (i.e., unit costs, capital cost, overhead costs, etc.) and provide recommendations to ensure the project objectives are achieved
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast to support the achievement of the operation and objectives within the allocated budget
• Implement and maintain budgeting and costing processes and procedures to achieve department objectives and targets
• Review and provide recommendations about budgeting and forecasting processes and procedures for continuous improvement.

• Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements
• Analyze and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use
