Category Manager Fuels
Purpose: 
An exciting role in the fast growing Retail organization of Indonesia. The role entails the localization and delivery of the marketing agenda in close cooperation with regional and global marketing, local sales, support functions. Develop and oversee the implementation of fuels Marketing activities for the market unit. The role provides outstanding development opportunities and combines hands-on delivery of marketing plans, to market and competitor analyses and (regional) project work in the areas of network development, pricing, customer satisfaction and customer retention and acquisition. Role spans all areas of marketing from promotion to pricing to place to product.
Accountabilities : 
• Accountable for Shell Fuels brand ( main and premium grade) and deliver competitive marketing plans to support the volume and profit targets.
• Deliver customer centric value propositions
• Collaborate with functions such as Trading & Supply, Retailers, Sales & Operations team to deliver superior onsite integration
• Work closely with focals from Convenience Retailing, Lubricants, Payment & Loyalty to ensure integration of CVP
• Develop key marketing priorities that support the delivery of the multi year planning and annual business target setting.
• Develop and execute the Fuels Portfolio Progression Plan, taking into account government mandates for fuels specifications, emission and effluent standards, as well as changes in customer and OEM engine technology developments. In conjunction with the global Fuels Marketing team and for ensuring that key local stakeholders (eg Trading & Supply) are aligned with the plan
• Develop and monitor execution of fuels launches and revitalization projects. Act as project team leader securing necessary support from key stakeholders such us Trading & Supply, Sales & Ops, Network, etc.
• Key focal point for Operations Support Team (OST) and for ensuring that all marketing initiatives are implemented in a way that maximizes operational effectiveness once implemented on site, and is effectively integrated with Sales.
• Work closely with global teams and keep a healthy challenge and support process going to leverage on each other’s strengths and inputs; share and apply learning and best practices with global teams.
• Continuously monitor implementation of plans, ensure that plan timeline/cost limitations are met, provide update and be willing to intervene on plan performance, and resolve under-performance when necessary.
• Develop and implement clear action plans to address fuels volume/profitability/costs gap vs target.
• Accountable for Performance review and ensure timely completion with reflections/learning shared for continuous improvement.
• Act as lead from Fuels Marketing to coordinate with S&OP/EFT teams to ensure appropriate supply and distribution of product in the market.
Experience and Qualifications Required : 
• University degree with business and/or marketing
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications,
• Strategic Marketing in FMCG or multinationals environment preferred
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented; ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders

Lubricant Supply Chain Operation Manager
Purpose: 
Lead integration, optimization and management of all Shell Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) activities and business processes of the country organization. Lead all Supply Chain activities in the country taking full accountability for the performance of LSC in all aspects of performance (covering plant operations, logistics, planning, Health, Safety, Security, the Environment (HSSE) and Social Performance (SP), end-to-end Quality and SAP IT business processes). Maximize enterprise value by effective business partnerships with Sales & Marketing across the country. Also responsible for cost effective achievement of customer needs and high standards of performance in each area of the country’s supply chain activities through implementation of regional strategies.
Accountabilities: 
• Leads and has direct line responsibility for country LSC activities in meeting objectives for HSSE and SP responsibility, customer focus, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Works with regional Planning organization to operationalize agreed supply plans that meet customer demand at lowest possible cost.
• Works with regional teams and Cluster Operations Manager to develop & implement medium and short term strategic plans with respect to the supply chain management process, size and configuration of supply chain facilities, asset base, sourcing strategy, organization structure, and staffing. This includes plans to meet material handling and technology applications, production, end-to-end quality, inbound & outbound logistics process improvement targets and end-to-end operational excellence.
• Manages LSC relationship with external bodies such as government and local authorities as necessary.
• Challenges current business practices, methodology and procedures through the application of Continuous Improvement and best practice techniques and knowledge.
• Develops, manages and motivates staff to ensure that the required competencies are in place to meet current and future business needs, championing a learning culture in the region. Ensure all managers have required technical excellence to carry out their role, and ensure suitable succession plans are in place.
• The incumbent will be joining the Global Commercial Lubricants organization at a critical time for the business - implementing new LSC processes and managing significant change in Lubricants Supply Chain in its journey to world-class operations.
• Deliver incisive and motivating leadership to the lubricants team within the region and ensure effective lubricants supply chain networking in the community.
• A key challenge of the role will be to ensure, sustain and further develop alignment of the local operations with global initiatives and to secure high standard of performances, best practice sharing and joint initiatives across country and regional operations boundaries
Experience and Qualifications Required : 
• At least 10-15 years Supply Chain operations experience leading large teams
• Strong track record in delivering change in large/complex organization
• Lubricants Business experience, preferably in Supply Chain
• Supply, Logistics, Manufacturing and Commercial experience useful.
• Successful experience in leading diverse and cross-functional teams, in virtual environment
• Minimum university degree. Preferably in a technical discipline.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Purpose: 
• This job is responsible for managing the Lubes blending and filling operations, including receipt and management of bulk raw materials and finished products
• To blend and fill lubricants in strict accordance with the Shell Lubricants Quality System requirements cost efficiently and within HSSE standards.
• Coordinate with local-based functional team and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth daily operation of the plant
• The role would suit a highly capable individual with operational management experience, seeking a challenging role in a dynamic environment, associated with one of the core and growing DS businesses.
Accountabilities: 
• To carry out blending and filling activity in compliance to the Lubricants Quality System ( LQS), HSSE requirements of the Group and the specific requirements of Customers.
• Is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment. Ensures that Company and appropriate Legislative standards of safe working practices, occupational hygiene, and environmental performance are applied.
• Sets and reviews daily/routine targets for the operating team based on laid down objectives.
• Reviews daily schedule of both filling and blending to ensure both are in-line with each other and execution as per plan
• Sets and reviews tank allocation for bulk product receiving
• Coordinates with the laboratory operations to ensure proper sequence of production. Quality issues are investigated and appropriate Preventive measures are in place. To coordinate maintenance related to blending and filling without affecting production. Participates in the maintenance scheduling and provides key operations input to plant maintenance plans and activities
• Assists the Plant Manager in developing plant operating procedures covering normal and emergency situations while himself/herself develops the work instructions
• Responsible in the receiving of bulk raw materials by massive means or through other bulk means. This includes investigation where significant variances during bulk receiving.
• Assists/prepares the operating budget then operates within them.
• Ensures that all subordinates are appropriately trained
• Prepares and submits monthly production performance report
• Acts as Project Manager for cost saving initiatives involving Luboil blending and filling operations
• Acts as Lead investigator for quality or HSSE incident in the Luboil blending and filling operations
• Set clear objectives for subordinates in order to maximize their performance
• Carry out the role of asset holder for LOBP and operations
• Ensure efficient consumption of energy, utilities, and other resources
• Assists the Plant Manager and works with the Plant Performance Analyst with diagnosing/resolving plant failures, operational issues, with cost and performance benchmarking, identifying trends/gaps relative to comparators, and translate these to operational targets and actions.
Experience and Qualifications Required : 
• Minimum 5 years and not more than 10 years experience in running a production plant
• Engineer in the field of Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial field
• Technical background in the field of blending or filling operations of Lubricants or other related products
• Should be conversant with computers and product handling
• Has experienced in managing large workforce of about 50 people in a manufacturing plant.
• Has experience in managing unionized workforce.
• Exposure to Quality Systems and GSAP is an advantage
Key Account Manager
Purpose: 
• Managing Gold/Platinum class Direct Accounts & Original Engine Manufacturers
• Explore opportunity for Initial fill & after market products for Original Engine Manufacturer market and B2B customers
• Work with Global Stakeholders in achieving Global Key Accounts acquisition
• Develop sales pipeline & Key Account Plans

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER (EXPATRIATE)
Responsible for production and drilling operations within the Tungkal PSC located in South Sumatra. Must be familiar with artificial lift (ESP and PCP), operation of onshore production facilities, well construction / design, and drilling and testing operations (development and exploration). Experience in preparation of corporate and government work program and budgets is essential. Experience with planning and execution of new field developments would be advantageous.
Candidate should have managerial experience, and degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling and Production Operations.
SUBSURFACE MANAGER (NATIONAL)
Responsible for the Technical Department you will lead a team of geophysicists, geologists and reservoir engineering staff in undertaking the Company’s technical work programme.
Candidates should have managerial experience, hands-on technical capabilities including familiarity with industry standard G&G software. A degree in Geophysics or other relevant subject, and minimum of 15 years’ industry experience of which at least five years was with an Operator. The preferred candidate should have a geophysics background with good working knowledge and understanding of geology.
ASSET MANAGER (EXPATRIATE)
Plan, coordinate, and execute detailed geophysical studies in conjunction with well and other geological information to generate prospects, and define the potential limit of the existing fields, to optimize delineation drilling of new discoveries and to maximize incremental reserves addition in existing fields. Prepare technical reports and in reviewing technical study to the management and government.
Hands-on experience planning, developing and executing a wide variety of projects, across a number of functional areas including geophysics, geology, project management and annual budgetary preparation and monitoring. Provide strategic oversight and management of workflow for assets containing exploration potential and ongoing development. Essential to be able to work closely with teammates to provide support, collaboration, and strategic vision and guidance.
Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in relevant earth or physical science, preferably geophysics with a strong background in geology, with at least 15 years applicable technical experience, and at least 5 years in a managerial role, in the oil and gas industry.
GEOPHYSICIST (NATIONAL)
Capable undertaking detailed 2D/3D seismic interpretation, risk and uncertainty analysis, volumetric estimation, well planning and participation in meetings with SKKMigas and Partners.
A Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Science or other relevant subject, 10 years relevant experience, a solid technical background including a good understanding of subsurface tools, interpretation techniques and depth conversion and seismic acquisition and processing knowledge.
DATA MANAGER (NATIONAL)
Duties will include library development and implementation of a G&G data management system, cataloguing and coordination of the company’s external data storage
Candidate requires a university degree, IT Background, knowledge of data management, cataloguing and archiving, 10 years plus relevant experience of which 5 years should be in the oil and gas industry.
FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT (NATIONAL)
Assist Field Operations Manager (FOM) to maximize daily crude oil production from existing fields in South Sumatra. This includes monitoring and optimizing production activities in the field to ensure safe and efficiency performance of operations. Ensure minimal downtime by ensuring appropriate maintenance is conducted in accordance with recommended practices and all necessary equipment and materials are available to implement the ongoing production enhancement strategy as defined by the long term planner.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Oil & Gas with hands-on experience in field operations and management. At least 12 years of which a minimum of 7 years must be in the Oil and Gas industry.
PRODUCTION ENGINEER (NATIONAL)
Will take a proactive approach to optimize production, resources and minimize production losses based on sound engineering practises and procedures.
10 years of relevant engineering experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 2 years practical field experience.
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (NATIONAL)
Duties include assist Logistic and Procurement Manager with planning, coordinating and organization of the supply chain activities to ensure the alignment and accordance to SKKMigas regulation.
Candidates should be PTK 007 certified, have a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management or Business Administration, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management particularly in Oil and Gas Company.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform cost estimating & control Services for Companys projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, etc.
• Prepare construction cost monitoring report for project executed by Companys contractors and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for Companys contractor and Contractor.
• Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys projects.
• Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
Qualification of Personnel 
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
• The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.

SCM SYSTEM & PERFORMANCE SUPERVISOR

Department : Supply Chain Management
Summary Position:
To lead processes of integrated performance, SCM System as well as budget & cost control, in order to ensure strategic, effective and efficient supports to Supply Chain function in accordance with the applicable Government’s regulations and PHE WMO’s performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the development and implementation of Supply Chain Management system across all related functions, including business process, system and procedures, in order to ensure the system have fulfilled the requirement in line with the applicable Company’s standards and policies;
• To lead the development, implementation and control of Supply Chain Management budget and cost, in order to ensure effective and efficient budget and cost utilization of Supply Chain Management activities;
• To lead continuous improvement in supply chain management standards and procedures, in order to ensure effective and efficient supply chain management activities and processes and compliance with the applicable Government’s regulations and procedures.
• To lead continuous and regular performance monitoring and evaluation through key performance indicator (KPI) achievement, in order to understand performance level of internal and external parties and also to ensure implementation and execution of those key indicators based on performance standards;
• To lead preparation and finalization AFE and WP&B proposal with related parties for further review and approval, in order to ensure all programs and projects are covered in the AFE and WP&B and approved by the authorized parties;
• To lead monitoring and control of contract expenditure and department budget (including reporting requirement), prepare monthly accrual (including OPEX and CAPEX) and estimation data based on actual spending, in order to ensure effective and efficient project spending and budget utilization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, preferably post graduate degree in Material Management/Logistics areas.
• Minimum having 5 years of working experience in handling procurement activities (goods & services) in O&G industry
• Minimum having 2 years of working experience in programming and web-based applications
• Experienced in leading and managing Information Technology projects, including system development and improvement
• Experienced in Performance Measurement, KPI/Balance Scorecard in Supply Chain
• Understanding of business process in Supply Chain Management, include its applications and systems
SCM STRATEGIC SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Summary Position:
To lead processes of market intelligence, demand planning, strategic sourcing, suppliers & commodities, and development of local vendors as part of TKDN commitment, in order to ensure strategic, effective and efficient supports to Strategic Planning & Control function, and the fulfillment of TKDN commitment and their significant development as part of company’s compliance with applied regulations and contributions to the national development program in accordance with the applicable Government’s regulation and PHE WMO’s performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the demand planning process based on current and future projects and operations requirement, in order to ensure accurate and detailed requirement of projects and operations;
• To lead market intelligence process related to all Supply Chain requirement in the form of data, information and other strategic resources, including demand & supply situation, market trends, in order to ensure the provision of detailed, accurate and reliable information to support all strategic Supply Chain processes;
• To lead market research or assessment and benchmarking in oil & gas industry, in order to better propose required and qualified vendors, contractors and suppliers;
• To lead analysis on macro and micro economy situation as well as other related aspects which will impact on oil & gas industry, in order to provide better understanding and perspective for further justification and forecasting process;
• To lead centralized information or knowledge management system in relation to market research result and recommendation, in order to ensure all accurate and updated information can be used for decision making process;
• To lead strategic sourcing of suppliers, vendors, contractors and commodities, including pricing, capacity, continuity and other relevant aspects, in order to ensure the availability and confirmation of credible and capable suppliers, vendors and contractors as well as continuous and guaranteed supply of commodities in an effective, efficient and optimum manner;
• To coordinate continuous monitoring and evaluation of suppliers and contractors quality and performance (CHSEMS evaluation), including administration of vendor management, in order to ensure and maintain vendor/contractor/supplier performance and delivery and provide valid input related to bidders data for further procurement process;
• To lead the optimization and utilization of local vendors and TKDN implementation; to ensure optimum local vendor development and TKDN’s target are fullfill based on the regulations and policies applied.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferable a post graduate degree in material management/logistics area
• Minimum having 5 years of working experience in O&G industry, particularly in engineering, operations or procurement activities
• Familiar in developing strategic planning
• Understand on TKDN regulations and implementation
• Advance as market research or intelligence of supply chain management in O&G industry
• Excellent in vendor management

GOODS PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Department : Goods Procurement
Summary Position:
To perform all goods procurement activities including bidding process (tender, direct selection and direct appointment), in order to ensure goods procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and goods meet stakeholders’ expectation within cost recovery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• To facilitate demand management and contracting materials strategy as well as review market assessment in order to ensure availability of bidders with proper quality and standards;
• To develop goods procurement method and strategy, in order to ensure effective and efficient goods procurement process in line with Government’s regulations and Company’s policies;
• To prepare and finalize best quality of bid documents (RFQ, GTC, Technical Specifications), in order to obtain qualified bidders with best price and goods;
• To organize end to end bidding process (both internal and external processes), in order to ensure the process comply with applicable internal and external procurement guidelines and other related regulations;
• To prepare and finalize contract documents (PO, Price Agreement, Call of Order) as well as contract amendment in order to ensure their compliance with applicable procurement regulations;
• To optimize the utilization of master list during procurement process, in order to ensure Company receive maximum benefits of duty exemption.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Legal or Economics
• Minimum having 8 years of working experience in O&G industry with minimum 5 years of working experiences at supply chain activities and certified SKK Migas PTK 007
• Understanding of business process in Supply Chain Management
