Requirements:
1. Indonesian Citizen
2. Prior experience in geological evaluation of assets.
3. Knowledge of Geology/Geophysics/Petrophysics

HEAD OF GEOLOGY & GEOPHYSICS

Key Accountabilities:
1. The candidate will report to Exploitation Manager.
2. He / She will be involved in the discovery, exploration and development of oil & gas.
3. He / She must interpret geophysical, geochemical and geological data to develop models of the subsurface of the earth, with the aim of discovering commercially viable and exploitable reserves of oil & gas.
4. He / She must provide the foundation for the exploration and production of oil & gas reserves.
5. He / She must also be involved in the production of reserves and may provide specialist advice for engineering projects.
Job Description:
1. Collecting information in the field, from seismic and well data and other sources;
2. Monitoring the acquisition of data to ensure consistent quality;
3. Interpreting data to determine subsurface geology and the economic importance of oil & gas resources, using sophisticated technical software;
4. Developing geological models of the earth’s subsurface to understand the geological structure, rock characteristics and the likely distribution of oil & gas reservoir zone;
5. Interpreting the results in consultation with other earth science professionals;
6. Assessing the potential quality of hydrocarbon resources;
7. Collaborating with drilling engineers to determine drilling locations on the basis of the interpretation of the data and models developed;
8. Producing and presenting geological maps and reports;
9. Performing detailed geological risk analysis of proposed exploration targets;
10. Planning and undertaking an exploration drilling program, after collecting and modelling all available data;
11. Planning the location and trajectory of development wells and putting well proposals together in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team;
12. Creating new opportunities to access remaining reserves;
13. Implementing new technologies in geological modelling and seismic processing;
14. Advising engineers and senior management on geological factors affecting exploration.
15. In exploration deal with a larger number of sites and a wide spread of data and also use satellite imagery and gravity and magnetic surveys to evaluate a whole basin.
16. In production, he / she must concentrate on sites that are already operational, making assessments on the basis of well core and well fluid samples.
17. As oil resources decline, the role of Head of G & G will change from exploration-dominated to production-dominated responsibilities.
Minimum Requirement:
1. S1 degree in Geology or Geophysics
2. Has 10 years’ experience in a variety of roles within the oil & gas sector, such as geophysicist, geologist, geochemist or sedimentologist.
3. Has a deep knowledge with East Java Basin especially On-shore North East Java Basin.
4. Has 3 years’ experience in this similar position.

This position will be based at Martabe site and Processing Department, working on schedule 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Mechanical Supervisor.
The role of the Process Plant – Mechanical Fitter is to perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment in the Process Plant and ancillary infrastructure and plant as directed by the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors.
• Perform PM Services, diagnostics, inspections, installations and repairs on equipment including but not limited to:
- Gearbox-box installation and alignment
- Hydraulic systems and associated components
- Pneumatic systems
- Slurry and sump pumps
- Reagent pumps
- Water pumps
- Lifting equipment
- Conveyors / Material handling equipment

- Blowers and fans

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications :
1. Mechanical Fitter Trades Qualification by a recognised institution or approved Apprenticeship with Mechanical Fitting qualifications.
2. Experience in similar position within the mining, oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
3. A basic understanding of Indonesian mines related legislation, laws and acts
4. Must have specialised in fixed plant maintenance along with timely scheduled maintenance component change out programs.
5. Ability to fault find and trouble shoot to solve issues with mining process equipment.
6. Able to read P&IDs, drawings procedures, work instructions along with following these step by step.
7. Process plant equipment rebuild experience.
8. First-Aid qualifications.
9. Possess a valid recognised Drivers licence.
10. Reasonable written English Language communications skills
11. Specialist training in process plant equipment.
12. Prior work experience working in a modern CIL Gold Plants
13. Basic understanding of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Requirements

3. PROCESS ENGINEER (Relief Systems)

Roles and Responsibilities 
• Perform relief valve and overall relief system capacity verification calculations pursuant to API 520 and client engineering standards;
• Permanent member of a special project being established to evaluation Company relief systems (PSVs, flare systems, etc.);
• Prepare and complete development of related discipline engineering deliverables;
• Work closely with Company user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.

• Work closely with Company and Company’s contractors during performance of project controls services for Company’s projects.
• Develop and maintain Contractor’s processes and procedures related with project controls.
• Perform cost estimating & control Services for Company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, etc.
• Prepare construction cost monitoring report for project executed by Company’s contractors and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for Company’s contractor and Contractor.

Subsea Structure Fabrication & Installation Superintendent
Main Responsibilities
• To support the company Development Team during Project Execution Phase in the engineering, design, fabrication and testing (performed by Contractor) of subsea structure system (Manifold, SSIV, PLET, FLET etc.), ensuring that Project requirements, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
• To ensure delivery of the subsea structure system (including connection system and related foundations) in line with the Project objectives;
• To review the specification, design and supply (performed by Contractor) of the subsea structure System (including tie in/connection system), ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
• To ensure the subsea structure system performance, install ability and operability;
• To ensure that the subsea structure system technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times;
• Perform Site visit and interfacing with the Contractor and other package (RFI and SPS package);
• To assist, if required, on the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign;
• To interface with company Project Interface Engineer to manage and expedite all the RFI Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors;
• Follow-on the fabrication activities with supporting the Site Representative or the Inspector;
• Assure compliance of RFI Contractor with job standards and specifications for the discipline;
