Seeking an experienced Hyperion Planning and Essbase (include developer skill) with solid technical skills and a deep understanding of finance and accounting, including budgeting and forecasting. OPERATION & ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job Summary:
Responsible for all facets of gas production and/or gas plant operations, planning and monitoring operational and maintenance budgets, gas plant operations and production engineering. Communicates company policy and formalized procedures to division staff and field personnel. Inisiates or reviews all decisions concerning operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily management of operations team to deliver quality results while satisfying time and budget objectives.
2. Effectively communicates complex information to all levels.
3. Working with technical team to coordinate, prioritize, plan and execute projects that improve operational efficiencies and maximize gas production volumes.
4. Lead an operations team task with identifying and initiating cost-effective projects for revenue enhancement with production increases or lease operating expense reductions.
5. Identify, understand, and comply with applicable laws, regulations and permitting requirements and work to minimize their impact on operations.
6. Directly supervise employee field superintendent, operations engineer, production foreman, and engineering technician positions.
7. Support the division and company goals.
8. Analyses of significant variances of division production and expense performance relative to goals; and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 10+ years Oil & Gas Industry experience.
2. Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering, chemical engineering or related engineering
3. Demonstrated knowledge of various production operations, field development, drilling, engineering & operation.
4. Demonstrated experience in cost analysis and planning.
5. Male, Max 45 years old
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Memastikan semua peralatan yang digunakan untuk operasional berjalan dengan baik.
2. Memastikan semua lisensi masih berlaku.
3. Memastikan ketersediaan suku cadang (spare parts) inti peralatan operasional.
4. Memastikan Maintenance Team memberikan dukungan teknis yang baik terhadap operasional.
5. Membuat/mengatur jadwal kerja Maintenance Team, memberikan arahan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan (skills) team, mengevaluasi kinerja team.
6. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kerja kontraktor.
7. Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
Persyaratan :
1. Pria, maks. 45 th
2. Min. S1 Elektrikal/Instrumentasi/Mekanikal
3. Pengalaman min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama, dan memiliki pengalaman membangun sistem, membaca dan menginterpretasikan gambar konstruksi & pengoperasian peralatan.

HSE COMPLIANCE STAFF
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : 
1. Mereviu, mengembangkan dan mengusulkan Program K3 sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku khususnya di Operator Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi.
2. Memastikan semua kegiatan operasional yang dilakukan dan kondisi peralatan yang digunakan untuk operasional sesuai standar keamanan yang berlaku.
3. Memberikan pengarahan / sosialisasi hal-hal yang merupakan standar mutlak keamanan dan keselamatan.
4. AMDAL, UKL-UPL
5. Anggaran Tahunan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan HSE.
6. Tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.

WAREHOUSE LOGISTIC SUPPLY STAFF
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Melakukan inventory barang yang ada di gudang.
2. Melakukan pencatatan keluar – masuk barang.
3. Melakukan pengecekan barang datang untuk memastikan barang dalam kondisi baik dan spesifikasi & jumlah barang sesuai PO.
4. Menata peletakan barang yang ada di gudang sesuai FIFO.
5. Membuat laporan stock barang.
6. Menyiapkan barang yang akan dikirim (pengiriman interplant).
7. Tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
Persyaratan :
1. Pria, maks. 35 th
2. Min. D3 segala jurusan
3. Pengalaman min. 2 tahun menagani Warehouse/Logistic
4. Biasa bekerja dengan computer min. MS Office
5. Bersedia bekerja shift
OPERATOR
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Mengoperasikan gas plant, wellhead, receiving facility dan metering.
2. Memonitor kondisi operasi dan menganalisa pembacaan parameter dari setiap peralatan.
3. Memastikan pencapaian produksi sesuai target dan membuat laporannya (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
4. Membuat laporan pekerjaan kepada atasan/supervisor.
5. Tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
Persyaratan :
1. Pria, maks. 40 th
2. Min. D3 Teknik Perminyakan
3. Bersedia bekerja shift
MAINTENANCE STAFF
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan seluruh peralatan mekanikal/elektrikal.
2. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kerja kontraktor, precommisioning/commissioning.
3. Memastikan peralatan yang sudah terpasang sesuai dengan dokumen.
4. Instalasi dan Kalibrasi instrumen.
5. Tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
