We invite you joining our Corporate team as: HOD Yogya Engineering Centre (YEC).
This position is Yogya based.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing YEC office
• Develop Organization, Capacity and Competencies of YEC
• Coordinate with Tripatra Jakarta Business Development team to define YEC workloads (Internal load) for yearly basis
• Market the excess capacity of YEC to other parties (External load)
• Prepare Annual Business Plan
Qualifications:
• Min Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Min 10 years experiences as Department Manager in engineering consultant
• Have superior planning and organizational skills
• Have business augment or entrepreneurship
• Have excellent inter personal and communication skills
