OFFICER HR - 925039
(Balikpapan Based)
Some of your duties will include: 
• Assist and manage HR administration activities; assist Supervisor HR to plan, lead, organize and control the HR daily activities, and implement corporate policies and procedure.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree in management, psychology, human resources, or industrial relation; 3 years’ HR experience in a broad range of Human Resources management matters; experience in the mining industry is preferred; familiar in dealing with government institution, preparation of reports; Understanding of Labor Law Regulation, formalities, mining environment and its regulations;
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; strong customer focus, target oriented; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

Some of your duties will include: 
• Manage all administrative duties supporting Plant External Repair & Warranty;
• Monitor & maintain quality record archives within JDE;
• Produce Weekly report and update WIP from supplier;
• Assist Supervisor Plant Admin in monitory WIP.
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary degree in business administration or equivalent; requires a minimum 2 years’ professional experience in administration, Plant External Repair & Warranty experiences (preferred); familiar with plant costing system; familiar working with ERP system, preferably in JDE or TMS is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; strong customer focus, target oriented; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

Some of your duties will include: 
• Prepare mobilization plan for unit movement site to site
• Administer departure date and arrival date of LCT on site; maintain accuracy of invoice as per actual, make cost analysis for inquiries related but not limited to: cost/ unit, price changes analysis, transportation rate for new project, etc; liaise with subcontractors and monitor subcontractors performance and give feedback on performance as needed.
• Prepare tender for spot hire transport, negotiate with subcontractors on price and terms for the best outcome for the company;
• Make sure cost in report is in accordance with receipted amount in JDE and invoice, identify key improvement and give advice to management for the best possible outcome related to KPI, administer back charges and make sure revenue are collected timely and allocated accordingly;
• Calculate KPI related to subcontractors performance and operational logistic standby and cargo utility performance;
• Assist to arrange Export Import shipment through BPN central Logistic, assist to provide any possible options in overseas shipment, and assist custom clearance process.
• Ensure administration in customs and import is in place regarding to audit by government;
• Accommodate all issue regarding Import-Export and customs process to be followed up for proper solution;
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Diploma degree with minimum 3 years’ experience as Officer Exim & Logistic; Experience in customs clearance, import procedure and regulation, operation and dispatching job, tendering and bidding, contractor monitoring, plan and scheduling, cost controlling; familiar with Export-Import / Customs process and customs regulation; familiar working with ERP system, preferably in JDE or TMS is advantageous;
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa, Computer and reporting skills, able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; good negotiation, strong customer focus, target oriented; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

Some of your duties will include: 
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between OEM/ Vendor – BSF – Sites in relation to component rebuild and warranty claims;
• Ensure the accurate completion OEM/ Supplier work in progress reports are completed weekly highlighting any issues and update the WIP report regularly;
• Ensure all component failure must have FAR from OEM/ Supplier in one root cause of 4 categorized and work collaboration with TU and site to get all fact and data;
• Ensure all Component repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner;
• Involve in stripping down the component repair at OEM/ Supplier;
• Manage and follow up all warranty claims across all sites
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary degree in mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering or Thiess apprentice or extensive crane related experience; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervision External / Warranty Repair; have extensive mechanical trade experiences and plant external repair and warranty experiences; familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis;
• Good communication in English as well Bahasa; computer literate; high initiative and proactive, performance driven; able to communicate to all level (internal/external); able to work in under pressure.
Planner Plant - 925047
(Balikpapan Based)
Some of your duties will include: 
• Contribute to TCI Plant objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for supporting on plant maintenance planning related issues
• Coordinating the component forecasting with OEM’s, workshop and sites and ensure the component availability are well managed
• Manage the component routable stock/ inventory and manage the component allocation
• Monitoring and follow up the condition monitoring of components to make sure the availability component, plan and allocation is effective and efficient
• Ensure JDE is fully understood and data planning or component manage properly
• Ensure plant related systems are clearly understood and used to support planning related issues
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary degree in mechanical engineering or Thiess apprentice or extensive crane related experience; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Planner Component in maintenance and planning in the mining industry; familiar with Heavy Equipment’s and have working knowledge of mining equipment components and experience in safe work practices; have skills in planning component methods, principles and technique; have a good analysis and reporting skills;
• Good communication in English as well Bahasa; computer literate; high initiative, performance driven; good planning skill with capability of managing relationship and develop others; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), proactive; able to work in under pressure.

• Ensure that QA/QC contractual requirements are fulfilled by all Contractors/Suppliers.
• Ensure that all the services offered by all Drilling and completion Contractors/Suppliers are adequate to Oil & Gas Industry and international QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate HCML and third party inspection activities in equipment manufacturing facilities and in Contractors/Suppliers operational bases/workshop.
• Ensure adequate QA/QC support to drilling and completion equipment preparation to minimize NPT during offshore rig operation.
• Define QA/QC requirements to be included in tender for materials and equipment procurement contracts and service contracts.
• Discuss all technical and QA/QC matters with HCML drilling and completion Contractors/Suppliers and prepare a final report with conclusions, recommendations, which shall be presented to the Drilling Manager.
• Supervise equipment qualifications in contractors’ facilities. Discuss all procedural documents with Contractors/Suppliers and follow in detail all relevant processes.
• Conduct QA/QC technical assessment inspections, when required and conduct routine QA/QC audits in Contractors/Suppliers operational bases / workshop.
• Follow up daily drilling & completion operations, and follow all Contractors/Suppliers equipment failure to understand the root cause, capture QA/QC lessons learnt and prepare recommendation to avoid the repetition of such failure.
• Liaise with Contractors/Suppliers QA/QC representatives or departments.
• Participate in technical and QA/QC meetings with Contractors/Suppliers.
• Participate at kick off meetings.
• Review technical and quality documents from contractors when requested and issue relevant comments with the view of discussing the comments with the contractor’s interface when requested. Example of standard documents are Quality Control Plans, Quality assurance Plans, Mill Test Certificates and contractor’s manufacturing procedures.
• Deal with International Standards, such as ISO 9000 series, 10423, 11960, 13680, 3183, 14310, 16070 and 10432 and other standards, procedures or recommended practices applicable or specified within the contract signed with the contractors/suppliers.
• Render technical support in preparing company technical specifications for downhole equipment, wellheads and Xmas trees, casing, tubing in both low carbon and CRA materials.
• Promote introduction of state-of-the art techniques and technologies to enhance HCML drilling and completion operations.
• Follow up the compliance with the statutory requirements, regulations, current norms, standard and rules.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, when required.
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering background.
• Having minimum 5 years experience in similar position with minimum 7 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC requirements and procedures for inspections and auditing adopted by Oil & Gas Companies.
• Familiar with the management of QA/QC issues on completion and drilling equipment.
• Having knowledge of drilling & completion operation, familiar with Daily Drilling Report and Equipment Failure Report.
• Having knowledge of tool and equipment used for drilling operations and their working principles.

Directly manage open yard operations.
