Our Client is Independent Power Producer (IPP) / Power Plant Company, with a Large- Scale Power Plant located in Central Java. Currently looking for experienced professionals to fulfill the following positions:
1. Corporate Legal Senior Staff (Jakarta) Code: CLS
a. Preferably Bachelor Degree majoring in law.
b. Minimum 5 years in multi-national company or law firm.
c. Candidates should have good knowledge of:
• Familiar in dealing legal issue with overseas parties.
• Proficiency in English & Indonesian legal writing is mandatory.
• Experienced in negotiation with foreign parties.
• Work experience in IPP or Oil & Gas company and/or provide legal services to those company is preferable.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
Computer Skill:
• Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word)
Language Skill:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language, both written and spoken.
• TOEFL score 500.
2. Business Development Senior Staff (Jakarta) Code: BDS
a. Minimum bachelor degree majoring from economics, management, business administration, or other related fields.
b. Minimum 5 years in IPP Company, power plant manufacture or coal mining company.
c. Candidates should have good knowledge of:
• Familiar with Indonesian electric power business scheme and business and licensing regulation.
• Experienced in dealing with PLN, DJK and other government bureaucracy, experience in sales and business relation would be advantage.
Computer Skill:
• Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word).
Language Skill:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language, both written and spoken.
• TOEFL score 500.
3. Corporate IT Senior Staff (Jakarta) Code: CIT
a. Minimum bachelor degree, majoring in computer science, IT engineering, IT management or other IT related majors.
b. Minimum 5 years in multi-national company, preferably from IT Service Provider company.
c. Candidates should have good knowledge of:
• Experienced in designing corporate-scale IT environment.
• Having extensive knowledge regarding hardware & software usage in business application.
• Experienced in IT network management, experienced in administration of corporate IT Systems.
• Experienced in helpdesk support/service.
• Good analytical thinking and planning & organizing skill.
• Good communication, coordination and customer oriented.
Computer Skill:
• Advanced MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word), MS-Exchange Server, Server Administration Software.
Language Skill:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language, both written and spoken.
• TOEFL score 500.
4. HSE Senior Staff (Jepara) Code: HSE
a. Minimum bachelor degree, environmental engineering, public health, marine science, physics or biology.
b. Minimum 5 years as SHE Staff of the company. In a large-scale industry, more preferably from electric power generation, Oil & Gas, or mining industries
c. Candidates should have good knowledge of:
• Holding Certification of Ahli K3 Lingkungan (Environmental Safety Expert – a mandatory certification from Ministry of Manpower).
• Experienced in conducting & reporting of AMDAL.
• Familiar with Environmental Audit process.
• experienced in handling water & air contamination.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal relationship.
• Should be able to adapt to multicultural environment, understanding the foreigners, but also acceptable by local community (Jepara people).
• Enjoy living and working in rural area, as Jepara is not a big city and the work location in quite remote from community.
Computer Skill:
• Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word) and Familiar to MS-Project.
Language Skill:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language, both written and spoken.
• TOEFL score 500.
5. CSR Senior Staff (Jepara) Code: CSR
a. Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Majoring Forestry, Environment, Agriculture.
b. Minimum 7 years of experience as CSR.
c. Candidates should have good knowledge and skill of :
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Build good relationships with various social environments.
• Creates awareness of CSR activities of the company externally & internally (stakeholders, shareholders, contractors & suppliers, public awareness etc.).
• Developing a comprehensive CSR program.
Computer Skill:
• Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word) and Familiar to MS-Project.
Language Skill:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Language, both written and spoken.
• TOEFL score 500.
All position must proficient in English both written and spoken, as the position will have to interact in a multinational working environment in daily basis.

2. Project ControlSpecialist
Minimum Requirement:
•Max. age 45 years old
•Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
•Have min. 10 years of working experience in Civil/ Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication.
•Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project& Primavera
•Fluent in English (spoken and written)
•Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
•Willing to be placed in project area
3. Lead Piping Engineer
Minimum Requirement:
•Male, with max. age 40 years old
•Min. S1 Engineering
•Have min. 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering, with 5 years of experience lead pipeline engineer in EPC Project, specially in oil & gas services.
•Good command in English both written and spoken
•Computer literate
•Ready to face high pressure jobs, strong analytical.
•Willing to be placed in project area
4. QC Inspector
Minimum Requirement:
•Male, with max. Age 35 years old
•Have min. 7 years of working experience in the same position, specially in EPC Project (oil & gas services).
•Certified in Welding Inspector
•Fluent in english (spoken & written)
•Computer literate
•Good team work, good personal and communication skill
•Willing to be placed in project area
5. ScaffolderLvl. 2
Minimum Requirement:
•Have valid certification from MIGAS
•Have minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry
•Willing to work on various site location
6. RIGGING ENGINEER
Minimum Requirements:
•Male Age Max 40 years old
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
•Have a Rigging certificate
•Knowledge and experience in Lifting and Rigging Procedure, Calculation, Planning, and controlling
•Having min experience 7 years as Rigging Engineer for Tank Project construction in Civil/ oil & gas/ power plant.
• Fluent in English.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Able to work under pressure in a culturally diverse organization
•Able to work collaboratively with others

Responsibilites : 
• Prepare project scope and specification.
