Job Scope:

Collecting and processing production data and production equipment performance based on data from pit control, data entry, production data subcontractors for use by Mine Survey, Technical Analyst, & related users in conducting the analysis, recommendations, improvements and prevention needed.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree from Geology, Geodesy, Mining Engineering.

•  Has minimum 1 year experience in the same field.

•  Able to process, manage, and present data of: production, operator performance, production equipment performance.

•  Understand about Pit Service Management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Survey Engineering, Mine Data Analysis, Drilling & Blasting Management, Water Management Planning, HSE Procedure & Regulation especially in the scope of mining.

•  Able to use mining software.

•  Have certificate of Geotechnical, Mining Software, and Mine Gauge are preferred.

•  Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

2. Mine Cost Controller

Job Scope:

Conduct analysis, reconciliation, and reporting on financial program activities, financial items in the company, and conducting analysis on company's routine budget consolidation in accordance with the Company’s procedures and policies.

Qualification:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

•  At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•  Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Mine Analyst or Finance - Cost Accounting or equivalent.

•  Having experience in data analyst/ mine data is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to control, monitoring and operate the power plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP, and auxiliary plant) in order to reach the target and run smoothly and safe.

• To control and monitor the DCS operator in power plant operational (boiler, turbine, BOP, and auxiliary power plant) by DCS control based on approved procedure to reach the production target following health and safety principles

• To provide the directions of monitoring and technical actions to operational machine to DCS Operator Unit 1 and 2 and Field Operator based on DCS observation result to monitor panel as well as analyze the abnormality to get the decision which will be doing and also to coordinate with Shift Supervisor to have follow up action in timely manner

• To monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for Start-Up and Shut Down of the Power Plant equipment to support the continuity of Power Plant operations

• To identify the dangerous potential during operational Power Plant process and conduct the action based on settled up procedures as well as to report abnormality in the report to be evaluated and followed up accurately and timely manner

• To respond and control the emergency situation, emergency response such as fire and oil leaks to ensure the worker's safety, plant and environment

• To report the condition, disturbance findings, and latest update about power plant operations to DCS Officer In Charge in shift in Operator Daily Report in shift / daily log sheets which has been defined for continuity Power Plant operations

• To coordinate with Maintenance Department to follow up maintenance requirements findings to support the continuity of Power Plant operations

4. Maintenance Electrical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To assist of section head on overseeing the maintenance on electrical sections equipments in power plant to support the company target with the implementation of working procedure.

• To ensure all the job of maintenance are in safely and in accordance with working procedure and standard regulation of the company such as on PPE, correct the working tools to avoid any risk 

• To evaluate the procedure and work method, material, working duration, trouble shooting and risk assessment during maintain of electrical equipment to improve of working effectively, efficiency and safely

• To prepare and provide a SOP, working instruction procedure, tools and material/spare part to supporting the maintenance work

• Accountable for cost control of daily work and shutdown activities

• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, pre-outage hazard preparation, measurement metrics, critiques, etc.

• Accountable for providing supervision to the execution of maintenance work. Maintain and hold reports accountable to clear performance standards

• Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, plant procedures, environmental regulatory and permit requirements and other applicable regulations and standards

• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System or Work Order system to assign work

• Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to the maintenance team to develop a culture committed to safety, environmental awareness and continuous improvement, consistent with the ethic of Responsible Care

• To ensure the equipment to inspect and test, the work equipment are well functioned and can be used to get the optimum working result.

• To ensure the plan, budget bill, working procedure, electricity document and potential risk are well understanded for technician to minimize the danger potential and the damage/ loss.

• To conduct and reporting the preventive maintenance work (daily, weekly, and mothly)

• Supervising the Tehnician and Support Staff on daily works.

7. QAQC Technician

Job Responsibilities :

To assist and perfom inspection during operation and maintenance works and to collect technical documentation from related parties to ensure the Quality inspection process well-documented.

• Monitoring for control of validation certification of equipment and Prepare the available equipment for re certification by 3rd party and Disnaker

• To prepare equipment in order to conduct inspection and testing the quality matter and ensure all being tested meet as according procedure and specification

• Record, identify and monitoring the data of technical problem during inspection and testing.  And report to the superior the status in accordingly

• Perform Inspection and collect technical documentation during maintenance stage/outage/shutdown & Work order (routine activities) to ensure all relevant documents have been recorded  and well- documented

• To assist the development of quality procedure and manual inspection to support the compliance of the procedures.

• To assist the collection of inspection report related QAQC section to ensure all data of inspection is recorded accurately.

• To assist and monitoring the status of MTE (Measurement & Test Equipment)/ Calibration of Equipment

• To record the hand over document from EPC company/ vendor / subcontractor to ensure the documents receive properly

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK)/ Diploma (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related major

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related position in coal fired power plant or other similar industry

• Have knowledge about Boiler, presurre vessel, Piping, Welding and Welding inspection.

• Have certificate of NDE (RI/UT/MT/PT) will be an advantage

8. Pay Loader Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to operate the Pay Loader to support the Power Plant operations.

• To operate heavy equipment in accordance with SOP to support the Power Plant Operations
