Sales & Marketing Admin Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:

* Processes every day the sales reports and maintains an accurate record of the stocks. SAP data input and processing
* Collects, centralizes and provides sales reports to direct superior and/or to other company representatives
* Is responsible for providing information to the clients in respect with company’s regulation.
* Participates within given scope to Business Activation steps

Requirements:

* Hold min Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Accounting/Finance from reputable university
* Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
* Fluent in English is a must
* Working Experience at least 3 years with similar FMCG Industry
* Advanced knowledge of Ms Office Especially in Ms. Excel
* SAP Knowledge is an advantage
