Receptionist/Telephone Operator/General Admin (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Handling incoming/outgoing calls, customer’s inquiries, and complaints
* Welcoming visitors
* Distributing documents i.e. faxes, memos, letters
* Organizing meeting rooms
* To maintain our service excellence
* Filling/Documentation process/Maintaining database
* Administration support to HR/GA Department

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from any background with good GPA
* Female, 22 - 25 years old, good looking
* Attractive, pleasant personality, helpful, Know how to represent her self (manner and physical appearance)
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply but preferably has min 1 year experience in receptionist/front liner/administration
* Friendly using windows application and internet
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Have good operating telephone machine
* Customer service satisfaction oriented, well organized, and able to handle multitasks
* Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, communication skill, and able to work as team.
* Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
* Be able to represent company's image
* Able to join immediately
