Activation & Verification Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Manage overall Verification & Activation process toward customers
* Manage Outsourced Verification & Activation partner/agencies
* Establish and update/maintain the Business Process or Procedures related to Postpaid Verification & Activation products/services in NTS
* Analyst & monitor the Verification & Activation performance and then give recommendation for Postpaid Verification & Activation process, procedure, and policy improvement
* Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related Postpaid Verification & Activation business aspect
* Be responsible to monitor and report the quality of all Postpaid Verification & Activation process and execution.
* Managing the Field visit related to Verification & Activations

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from Economy, Finance, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
* 3 years experience in Managing Verification & Activation
* Good knowledge in sales and marketing, specially on Customer Focus, Competitor, and End User Understanding, Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Negotiation
