Management Trainee (MT)

Responsibilities:

• To present his learning progress to the management team
• To learn theoretical & best practices of production activities & strategy
• Supervise and manage production
• Analyze daily production data
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan

Qualifications:

• Male
• University degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Self motivated & able to perform under pressure
