PT Esco Bintan Indonesia is recruiting for our Bintan (Kepulauan Riau) office:

1. Welding Engineer (ASME/PED Pressure Vessel Products)

Responsibilities:
�Interpretation of technical requirements of fabrication codes, standards, and customer specifications.
�Development of appropriate welding procedures, welder training, and monitoring of shop weld application.

Requirements:
�Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Diploma with solid experience
�5+ years of experience in welding engineering assignments related to the manufacture and welding of pressure vessel ASME code/PED products
�Strong background in Robotics would be a PLUS
�Supervisory experience and automatic welding procedures is a PLUS
�Excellent written and spoken English
�Able to work in a cross functional team environment
�Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
�Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

What Is Unique About This Position?
�Be part of a greenfield project to manufacture biomedical autoclaves at the Esco Bintan, Indonesia facility (first such manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia)
�New position created for an experienced candidate with immediate assumption of responsibility and allocation of resources
�Develop from scratch, implement and "own" a pressure vessel manufacturing cell within the Esco manufacturing facility
�A unique opportunity to implement new pressure vessel fabrication procedures, practices and technologies, which would be more difficult in an established environment
�Lead the Esco pressure vessel manufacturing cell and Manufacturing Engineering function
�Get things done quickly and advance your Career - this position reports directly to Senior Management
