The main focus of this position will be to ensure, that through working closely with local, regional and head office HSE personnel, company and government standards, policies and legislations are adhered to. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an HSE function within an oil and gas company, preferably independent, in Indonesia . Initial focus of the company is on exploration activities so HSE experience relating to both onshore and offshore exploration activities such as 2D/3D seismic acquisition and exploration drilling is desirable.

The candidate should be a creative team player, and a self-starter with strong communication skills.Compensation will be competitive in today’s market.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 10-15 years of oil and gas industry experience.
* Preferably a degree in HSE and has a MIGAS certificate
* Relevant experience essential in particularly within an independent E&P company.
