With the following qualifications:

• Age Min 35 years.
• Willing to travel.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Engineering From Reputable University Background. MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance, commercial, business development, or project management area
• Perform basic understanding in oil & gas, power businesses, as well as general industry
• Possess understandings in basic indicators of commercial performances, development of commercial deal structures, including financing schemes, and business negotiation
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Common understandings in legal / commercial agreement contracts
• A Good Team Player
• Good presentation skills and computer basic application skills (Windows, Ms Word, Excel,Visio).

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial structures of the Major Projects by providing analytical and financial skills to the teams
• Assist and lead the evaluation of the development process, progress, status, and timing for Major Projects
• Lead and perform the compilation of budget development plan and work program of all Major Projects
• Act as a liaison officer and work closely with each project team within subsidiaries to collate and analyze commercial and financial inputs for internal evaluation
• Assist in development and reviews of commercial and legal contracts
• Provide assurance of compliance with internal approval process
• Coordinate within subsidiaries relating to Major Project development and ensure key stakeholders are well informed
