We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
1. Manager – Supply Chain (755181)
• Tertiary level qualification in business or related discipline
•
At minimum of 10 year experience in leadership and people management,
experience in contracting, supplier management and logistics.
•
Ensure contracting activities provide appropriate coverage of business
risk at acceptable cost, speed of delivery and surety of supply,
supported by effective purchasing and expediting services
• High level negotiation skill and strong leadership skill
2. Superintendent – Financial & Administration (765933)
• Majoring in Accountancy
• Minimum 9 (nine) year s experiences in similar role
•
Responsible to provide training in regards to the new Accounting
Standard; manage lease transaction; handle reporting as required by Head
Office monthly and quarterly.
3. Superintendent – Plant Engineering (749418)
• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Having 5 year experience in similar heavy engineering role
• Having good understanding of financial principles
•
Responsible to assist plant management requirements, provide
engineering & technical support, plant specification, Procurement
& Commissioning; and, disposal and hire of plant / equipment and
logistic requirements.
4. Senior Engineer - Materials (755193)
• Opportunity for Toll Road Project based in Jakarta Head Office
• Tertiary / D3 Diploma Civil Engineering
•
Having 10 years experience in quarry checks, selected/structural fill
material testing procedures, concrete materials testing procedure, and
stone crusher operations
• Proficient in guidance of QA/QC, ISO 9001 and auditing, Project Management, and presentation/communication skills.
5. Apprentice Master (770370)
• Tertiary education from relevant degree / recognized Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Have experience in Training area in mining industry practice with minimum of 1 year experiences
• Strong leadership skill; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
6. Mine Planning and Scheduling Engineer (672435)
• Provide the technical mine design, scheduling and monitoring function for the mining operation.
• Design safe, cost effective mine plans and ensure they are issued ahead of time.
• Minimum of 2 years experience on Mining Engineering practice.
• Have Mine design concepts & operations in coal mining, scheduling, and planning skill
7. Senior Supervisor – Plant Planning (736624)
• Recognized Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Able to manage the workload of the central planning and strategic planners
• 5 years experiences as supervisor site maintenance & planning experiences.
• Familiar with component cost/budget analysis.
• Strong leadership skill; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
• Heavy equipment maintenance background; method, principles and technique used in preventive maintenance.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate, coaching/mentoring skills, initiative and team player.
• Skill in computer literacy.

Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, Initiative, team
work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.
• No. 1 – 4 will be based at Jakarta.
• No. 5 – 7 will be based at Kalimantan.
