We Are specialize in Consulting, Project Implementation and Operational Support for Mining, Minerals and Power Generation Projects Throughout in Indonesia, meed position as HR Services Officer in Jakarta

The Qualification

- Min 2 years in relevant position and similar industry, preferably multinational company
- Fluent MS. Office especially excel
- Broad expertise in various area
- Familiar with all the related incoming tax mechanism (pph21/pph23)
- Familiar with all the related Indonesian manpower law and regulation
- for permanent status

Responsible for
- Employee agreement management, execution, developments, amendments and administration
- Recruitment services incl.Initial interview, candidate research and selection
- End to end recruitment process
- Industrial relations related to HR
- Employee Data management including administration and commercial data
- Employee salary grading assessment, recommendation and management
- Procedures/policies development for all area corporate as well projects (if later required)
