A. Legal officer / Contract Specialist Job description
• General legal and contract advice for all part of Statoil Indonesia, among the most important being
o License bid rounds, PSC, JOA and JSA
o Procurement / vendor contracts
o Compliance, FCPA related
o Company set up
• Experience in working and communicating frequently with relevant authorities both centrally and regionally
• Liaise with Legal at head office in Norway and be part of the legal network in Statoil
• Cooperate frequently with different parts of Statoil internally such as business development environment, finance and tax among others
Personal qualities:
• Ability to work independently and be self-driven
• Team work oriented across disciplines and organizational boundaries
• Ability to be hands-on and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Business understanding and awareness
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
• Minimum university degree minimum S1 or Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the oil and gas business
• Professional certification
