HSE Manager (INA-12-BTM-00009)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of Leighton Management’s Systems company wide, with regards to Health, Safety, Environmental aspects with the objective of complying with the company’s policies and certification to international standards.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or higher diploma in any relevant field.
2. Minimum 10 years experience, preferable with construction industry background.
3. Well versed with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
4. Computer literate and familiar with latest software to support role.
5. Good command of English language (written&oral) and business presentation skills.
6. Have experience with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level
7. Experience in coordinating HSE related training programs
8. Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
9. Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes
10. Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
11. Indonesian Citizen Only (preferable Batam resident)
