SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (SME) Requirements:
• Male, minimum 26 years old and maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering, minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same position.
• Having experience in short-term and long-term mine planning.
• Good knowledge and experience in mine planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling mining operation.
• Familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and scheduling software).
• Having POP certification (preferably).
SURVEYOR (SUR) Requirements:
• Male, with minimum age of 23 years old.
• Minimum diploma degree of mining engineering.
• Working experience minimum 2 years as surveyor.
• Having knowledge and skill in mining process, survey tools, and HSE procedures.
• Good attitude.
• Comprehensive technical skills.
MINE ANALYST (MA) Requirements:
• Female, with minimum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree of mining engineering, geology, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as mine analyst.
• Excellent technical skills.
MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR (OPS SPV) Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum diploma degree or bachelor degree of mining engineering, geology, or civil engineering in with minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as mine operation supervisor.
• Having knowledge and skill in mining process and HSE procedures
• Having POP certification
MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT (OPS SUPT) Requirements:
• Male, with minimum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree of Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering, Industry Engineering.
• Having minimum POP certificate.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Knowledge and skill in mining process, equipment/units, and HSE procedures.
• Good managerial with positive attitude.
• Comprehensive technical skills.
PLANT & MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (PLM SUPV) Requirements:
• Male, with minimum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Having minimum POP certificate
• Min 5 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Knowledge and skill in mining process, equipment/units, and HSE procedures.
• Good managerial with positive attitude.
• Comprehensive technical skills.
PLANT & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (PLM SUPV) Requirements:
• Male, with maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 3 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Knowledge and skill in mining process, equipment/units, and HSE procedures.
• Good managerial with positive attitude.
• Comprehensive technical skills.
HSE SUPERINTENDENT (HSE SUPT) Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree preferable from Occupational HSE, Public Health, Environment engineering or equivalent, minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4 scale.
• Strong knowledge and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Min 5 years of working experience in the same position as needed.
• Having POP certification
HR SUPERINTENDENT (HR SUPT) uirements:
• Male, minimum 32 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Good experience in all recruitment and training activities, industrial relation and general affairs matter.
CIVIL, DRAINAGE, REHAB AND PROJECT ENGINEER (CDRP) Requirements:
• Male or female, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Civil Engineer, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
• Experiences in planning and designing Civil, Drainage, Rehab and Project that includes estimates of equipment needs, conduct operational monitoring
