MARINE SCHEDULER COORDINATOR
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)

Marine Scheduler Coordinator is a second in charge of Marine Scheduler Superintendent. The MSC role is more focus with communications & maintaining the best relationship to all Clients. MSC will feed information to Marine Scheduler Superintendent so MSS has ability to set the best scenarios of Weekly/Daily scheduling.

MSC is a second in charge of Control Rooms.

Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 5 (five) years experiences as an Organizer or Marketing arena
3. Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling
4. Ability to evaluate program effectiveness
5. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
6. Ability to manage and maintain data and task analysis
7. Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related application, such as VIS system
8. Fluent in English, both oral and written
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
1) Providing the Harmony atmosphere in the Control Room group
2) Maintain a good relationship to all Clients and influence them with Planning methodology
3) Have an extra patient and humble approach to solve a non-conformance issue (CRN, W/O Approval etc.) to all Client
4) Providing Marine scheduler Superintendent with all information from clients MCS.
5) Acting as MCS in his absence
6) Generate Operations Weekly Plan based on agreements with Operation Manager and clients upon above matters.
7) Act as custodian of CCTV to host of RORO Jetty and inform to Radio operator to call Operations Supervisor to prepare resources prior LCT arrival
8) Utilize CCTV to manage the boat traffic around POSB Water and inform to appropriate Radio operators/Security to address a potentials Hazard/Non-conformances
9) Identify the Delta of SMU being used and address it Operations Manager to minimize discrepancies, regarding to role as a custodian of equipment utilization report
10) Manage data and responsible to maintain its integrity, regarding to role as a custodian of Berth occupancy report
11) Propose operations improvement as the way to manage RORO Operations efficiently
12) Re-invent the tools of monitoring base oil stocks and other Inventory materials owned by clients and giving feedback in regular basis, including finding the effective tools to control them

MARINE SCHEDULER SUPERINTENDENT
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)

Plan, schedule, and monitor all field operations and control rooms activities, and improve their effectiveness continuously in order to ensure all base operations activities are effective and efficient in timely manner conform with company”s targeted goals.

Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 5 (five) years experiences as a Planner or Scheduler in mining industry or heavy equipment
3. Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling
4. Ability to evaluate program effectiveness
5. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
6. Ability to manage and maintain data and task analysis
7. Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related application, such as VIS system
8. Fluent in English, both oral and written
9. Excellent communication
10. Willing to be placed in project sites as required

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible in tracking position of each Supply vessel hired by clients and update status into VIS systems
2) Communicate with clients or internal PTP to get an update info/positions of each Cargo Vessels that been booked to be berth at POSB, and update status into VIS system
3) Communicate with clients daily in regards of their Supply & Cargo Vessel program & current Rig status
4) Offer the best case scenarios to Operations Manager & Clients on agreements of:
• Rescheduling open Work orders
• Rescheduling non P1 Work orders
• Crew Roster changes
• Modify Equipment weekly maintenance plan

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)

Coordinates the planning and definition of marketing strategy, Business Development, advertising campaigns, market potential, competition, promotion and advertising, and other marketing activities for a group of services, aiming at assuring the business growth, profitability and positioning in the market.

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Min. 5 years experiences in marketing / communication functions
3. Willing to travel frequently
4. Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Indonesia
5. Creative and Innovative

Responsibilities:
1) Contribute to business planning to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization”s overall mission, vision and objectives.
2) Coordinates the planning and definition of promoting objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate resources so campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for intended audience.
3) Fully understand the organization and operational business and work process to enable presenting company capabilities and image effectively for retain and attract the existing and potential clients.
4) Follows up and analyses market tendencies of the availability of competitive services and performs market research projects.
5) Coordinate and manage marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
6) Improving company awareness and image amongst targeted external stakeholders and supporting the company”s business development
7) Supports in the preparation of tender and proposal generation and assist in finalizing contractual commitment with clients
8) Design, develop and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures, audio/ visual materials

OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)

To enhance the reputation of Petrosea as being a quality operator of Supply Bases with an exemplary safety record.

Requirements:
1. To effectively supervise all supply base resources in the field to ensure that the supply base is managed in a safe, efficient and profitable manner and all client contractual requirements are met.
2. To provide HSE Leadership to all people who work or operate from the Supply Base.

Responsibilities:
1) To manage and provide leadership to Supply Base Supervisors controlling on a day to day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to achieve the daily work requirements of the day.
2) Assist the Supply Base Management team to promote and develop team work.
3) Ensure Supply Base Supervisors plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the work schedule through regular site meetings and development of the Daily Plan.
4) Understanding the basics of the Supply Base budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
5) Provide input into the Daily Plan, weekly progress and management reports.
6) Initiates, develops and assists with the implementation of each task and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
7) Assist the Supply Base HSE Superintendent in actively promoting a HSE culture and awareness.
8) Provide a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring that pertinent topics are discussed at daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings.
9) Assist the Supply Base Manager to communicate, both written and verbally, with senior management, supply base personnel and the various Client”s to ensure an open and ethical work environment.
10) Monitor and manage the performance of all supply base operations staff.
11) Documents and records field variations and Client instructions.

OPERATION SUPERVISOR
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)


1. To supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities
2. To provide HSE leadership to all people who work under and around you
3. Identify any equipment defects ensuring defects are reported as per policy
4. Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets
5. Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
6. Identifying training requirements liaise with training superintendent to fulfil training requirements
7. Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability
8. Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
9. Record accurately on each work order equipment and labour usage

Responsibilities:
1) Attend and participate in Pre – Safety Meeting and Safety Meetings
2) Arrange manpower
3) Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
4) Mentor subordinates
5) Accurately record all equipment and labour hours
6) Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
7) Ensure equipment defects are reported and repaired.

PROCUREMENT ANALYST

Analyse procurement indicator and order/vendor database and provide report in weekly bases for System inventory to achieve the most efficient and effective way to meet Company”s goals in accordance to procedures, business ethics and government regulations.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experiences in procurement analyst or business analyst
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specification
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Time manageable and target oriented
• Good behavior, open, honest and proactive person
• Must be proficient in Excel, Power point or report preparation and presentation
• Able to maintain teamwork
• Working in details
• Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to maintain and use effective cost control systems daily and monthly in accordance with company procedures from award to completion, using data collected from all departments at site and off site, and SBOS.
• Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the project monthly report in accordance with reporting deadlines.
• Responsible to receive the approved daily worksheets from the base controller and use this information in the preparation of monthly invoices and reports.
• Responsible to accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring activities and reporting for use by the operations manager and the supply base manager in controlling project margins.
• Responsible to forecast resource requirements including manning levels for use by the Operation Manager
• Responsible to assist with monthly progress claims in association with the Operations Manager and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of each of the contract.
• Responsible to prepare cash flow forecasts for the POSB.
• Responsible to prepare and maintain current the project variation register
• Provide logistical support to the operations manager in resolving contractual issues with the client, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature.
• Provide support to the Operation Manager with the preparation and documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.

PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
(Placement: Jakarta)

Prepare, implement and deliver Supply Chain Management process within the company in order to provide efficient and effective Supply Chain Management that meet Company”s goals in accordance to procedures, business ethics and government regulations.

Requirements:
1. 5 years experiences in procurement area
2. Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
3. Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specification
4. Good communication & negotiation skill
5. Time manageable and target oriented

Responsibilities:
1) Ensure cost allocation for trend cost analyses Source and gather quotes from vendors / suppliers in order to obtain best price as per required quality and schedule in accordance with company”s policies and procedures.
2) Expedite the order process, prepare the procurement status report and process Material Requisition in order to provide excellence procurement service for the requester.
3) Attending product / materials exhibition to gain more information about the technical aspect, alternative product and current market price.
4) Conduct vendor assessment, review supplier performance and maintain record properly in order to manage supplier track record.
5) Provide procurement data needed to be compiled for weekly procurement report preparation.
6) Prepare Final Procurement Report for project closing in order to provide support for Senior Procurement Engineer.

PROCUREMENT SECRETARY
(Placement: Jakarta)

Provide efficient secretarial and administration assistance to project in order to support project with administrative matters and participate in contribute the success of project function.

Requirements:
1) Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements
2) Min. Diploma degree (preferable in Administration / Secretary)
3) Min. 2 year experience in secretarial duties
4) Computer literate
5) Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures.
2) Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency
3) Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications / reports and presentations to ensure all publications / reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use
4) Organize and schedule arrangements for manager, including air travel and expenses claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance.
5) Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance.
6) Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy.
7) Perform other duties as per request to support and assist Project Manager in administration matters.
