PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.
One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
SHE Section Head (SSH)
Jambi &Sumsel Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Coal Mining Industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Section Head
• Having POP (PengawasOperasionalPertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed on site
Training & Development Officer (TDO)
Jakarta Raya Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science background is preferred.
• Belong to the top 5% in the faculty.
• Have a strong commitment to excellence and great passion for success.
• Have high sense of initiative and hardworking spirit.
• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
•Excellent in presentation skills.
• Have passion in People Development and Organization Development.
Land Acquisition Officer (LAO)
Sumatera Selatan Requirements:
• Min. S1 from reputable university.
• Min 2 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition in coal mining industries
• Have good administration & negotiation skills.
• Ability to Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
• Good knowledge in mining industry and ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools.
• Local candidates with domicile in sumsel are preferable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues.
Accounting Supervisor (ACSU)
Jakarta Raya Requirements:
• S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Accounting Supervisor and 2 years experience working at public accountant.
• Having certification of Brevet A/B courses would be an advantage.
• Having experience in using SAP program will be an advantage
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Good Relationship, Communicative, Analytical skill and Hard worker.
Geotechnical Foreman (GTF)
Kalimantan Selatan Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering
•Minimum 1 Year Experience as Geotechnical Engineer (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
•Self motivated and self starter.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Have skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement is preferred.
• Willingness to be located in site : South Kalimantan
Environment Officer (EVO)
Jambi Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (PengawasOperasionalPertama) certificate is preferable
•Fluent in English both oral & written
•Well understanding about mining operation

• Result oriented with strong initiative and excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English

Trading Shipping Officer (TSO)
Jakarta Raya Requirements:
• Female, 25 - 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in shipping or logistic or procurementin the coal industry
• Minimum S1 from reputable university preferably majoring management / shipping / industrial engineering
• Good knowledge in coal export & import documentations, licenses, & permits
• Good understanding of barging & shipping terms in coal industry
• Good administration skill
• Good communication skill
• Computer literate (Windows, Office, email & internet)
• Ability to communicate in English
