Due to our rapid growth at present, we are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:
11. MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Responsibilities:
• To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
• Ensure availability target are achieved.
• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer”s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufacture”s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Developing mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment (instructor)
Requirements:
• Graduate Technical high School –Mechanical engineer
• Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 2 years in mining.
• Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Computer literacy.
12. MECHANIC FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
This position is a frontline role and is responsible for day to day maintenance activities, establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implemented preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that production targets can be achieved.
Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Foreman /Leading Hand.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
13. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• To ensure the maintenance department goals achieved.
• Complete daily breakdown reports and ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Lead, organise and provide direction to employees to ensure adherence and commitment to the company”s policies and procedures.
• To plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to Plant Department Policies and prosedure to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
• Communicate openly and honestly and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership and teamwork environment.
• To ensure that instructions and tasks assigned to you by your superiors are fore filled.
Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognised Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years industrial experience with a combination of mining and construction industries.
• Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Computer literacy.
14. PLANT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures to advise optimum levels of utilisation, availability & cost effectiveness.
• Ensure that all safety targets and requirements are meet at all times.
• Ensure all employees and sub contractors within the workshop, work in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner.
• Ensure there is effective utilisation of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets.
• Establish priorities for the repair of equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plant fleet to achieve production targets.
• Liaise with operations with recommendations of equipment failure and damage causes.
• Review mechanical repairs and services to ensure compliance with the recording requirements of the Plant Systems and Procedures manual.
• Review plant costs to maintain/reduce budget on all plant items as determined by the plant rates.
• Conduct and attend weekly communication meetings as required.
• Provide Plant Department employees with the opportunity to increase knowledge and skills by recognizing and recommending training in order to achieve workplace competencies.
Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognised Trade and / or mechnical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and contruction industries in the semilar role.
• Have experience in Staff Management/Supervisory level.
• Have excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, written and verbal is essential.
• Computer literate.
• Efficient, honest, team player, analytical, attention to detail and quality, persistence & systems orientated
15. AUTO ELECTRIC FOREMAN
Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand Auto Electric;
• Has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry.
16. AUTO ELECTRIC SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Supervisor;
• Has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry.
17. SR. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
• To provide Recruitment for staff and non staff employee
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
• Male/Female Max. 35 years old
• S-1 Psychology
• Have Experience min 5 years in same position in well known mining company in Indonesia
• Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric test, and various activities (preferred in Mining Company).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, Able speak In English both oral & Written
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to traveling to All Job Site Britmindo (Kalimantan, Sulawesi & Sumatra)
