Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesias newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency – East Kalimantan is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind. To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site – East Kalimantan. 1. GEOLOGIST MODELLING(GEO) Qualification: • Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering • Having 2 years experience in Mining operation • Possess excellent computer skill (computer modeling, data analysis, and integration, digital Mapping, remote sensing, and geographic information system) • Able to operate mining software : Minescape, Mapinfo, Autocad, GPS Aplication. • Able to operate Surpac and Minescape will be an advantage. • Able to mapping, Drill core, description electric logging, drilling supervision and sampling method • Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and sedimenthology • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem • Able to work under pressure, teamwork and independently 2. LONGTERM MINE ENGINEER (LT) Qualification: • Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geodetic Engineering • Having minimum 3 years experience in most aspects of open cut coal mining and processing • Able to operate mining software (minescape strat model, open cut) • Experience in evaluation and economic modelling • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written) 3. HR SUPERVISOR Qualification: • Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law • Having 2 years experience in handling general HR • Experience on handling recruitment process and maintain training & development activities • Good understanding on Job Evaluation & Performance Management System. • Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower regulation • Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills. • Team and customer services oriented • Strong organizational commitment Please submit your application letter with CODE, completed CV and recent photograph to: recruitment@pkncoal.com Only qualified candidate match with the above mentioned qualifications will be notified for further selection
