Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze Branch’s Work in Progress (WIP), and ensure it is booked in the correct accounting manner; Monitor and analyze Branch’s Cost and Hours Utilization; Provide regular monthly report on Branch’s Revenue, WIP, Hours Utilization, and Cost; Manage invoicing process for Jakarta Branch; Manage petty cash for Jakarta’s Service Operational. Ensure the amount is reasonable based on business needs; Requirements: Good command in English Having strong skill in utilizing computer’s sofware Microsoft Office (Excell, Word, Power Point) Accounting’s application (Ex: SCALA) Good in analytical skill and attention to detail Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in accounting or finance Practical, analytical and devoted to follow and develop processes within the financial and controlling area Business and result oriented Self motivated and willing to take initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively and to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside organization www.fluidcaremag.com
