1. Start-Up Specialist Production/CCR – Onshore (1 position)
Job Function: The Prod/CCR SU Specialist will be utilized to
support the Banyu Urip Project. This will require a rotational
assignment with continuous mobilization and demobilization.
The Prod/CCR SU Specialist assists in the execution of the integrated
systems completions/start-up program. From Construction through the
stable Operations phase. This Specialist assists with the effective
execution of systems completions/acceptance tasks and
identification/mitigation of “look ahead” activities critical to
ensuring an orderly integration of Producing Facilities. Specialist
required to provide guidance, training, and oversight regarding systems
completions to the PMT Start-Up Organization and Contractor”s Systems
Completion Organization.
The Prod/CCR SU Specialist will play a leading role in the start-up of
the facilities. In particular, the Operation of the systems and
processes from the control room board.
Responsibilities & Duties: • Assist with the development and execution of the Systems Completions Plan. • Reinforce the requirement for safe practices in a construction, commissioning, and startup environment.
• Provide in-put in regard to Initial Start- up Procedures,
Commissioning Procedures, Operating Procedures, and all required
Start-up Documentation. Participate in an integrated, cohesive
Start-up team providing training and mentorship throughout the
assignment. Participate and witness all Systems Completion checks,
particularly those associated with the control room. i.e. Loop

Job Function: The Automation SU Specialist will be
utilized to support the Banyu Urip Project. This will require a

5. Construction Area Superintendent (1 position)
Job Function: Manage Company site teams in accordance with project objectives, Interfaces with working groups at the site.
Responsibility And Duties: • Reports to Construction Lead and will assist him in executing his responsibilities and act in his behalf during his absence.
• Monitors Contractor”s SHE Program on site to ensure compliance to
Expansion Project Procedures. Address goals set by the project in these
areas. Reports statistics in a timely manner. • Represents PTF for
all construction activities and is the project field contact with the
contractor”s construction site organization. • Monitor contractor”s
construction activities and provide advice as necessary to ensure they
meet job specifications within budget and schedule and that they comply
with operating unit safety rules and procedures. • Monitor
contractor”s subcontract administration, field purchasing, materials
handling procedures, warehousing activities and ensure proper expediting
of subcontractors and materials as necessary to meet project”s
construction requirements. • Participate in review of subcontracts and ensure that adequate control and changes in work procedures are established. • Approve construction field changes and extra work requests as delegated by Project Manager. • Supervise and manage direct report project personnel. • Coordinate with rest of task force to use established control systems to monitor and expedite progress in the field. • Represent PTF to the operating unit on matters related to construction activities. • Coordinate mechanical acceptance and start-up activities between operating unit and contractor.
• Assist PMT in meeting OIMS expectations as required, especially OIMS
Element 2 (Risk Assessment), OIMS Element 3 (Facility Design &
Construction), OIMS Element 9 (Incident Investigation) and OIMS Element
10 (Community Awareness).
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences : • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor. • Good technical and supervisory skills.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years broad experience in all project phases,
i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten
(10) years specific involvement in major process facilities. • Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager. • Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.
6. Commissioning Mechanical Rotating Equipment & Piping (1 position)
Job Function: • The commissioning specialist – mechanical
& piping reports to the commissioning lead – onshore facilities and
his scope of work includes epc1, 2 and 5 projects . The specialist
primary function is to collaborate with the epc contractors to develop
project commissioning plans and procedures for systems and equipment
associated with mechanical and piping, and to execute the project
commissioning programs under the leadership of the commissioning lead.
The specialist shall provide oversight and assists in the execution of
the commissioning and turnover programs and supports all systems
completion activities from construction through stable operations phase.
The specialist shall act as ansme (subject matter expert) in the
discipline specific commissioning activities. The specialist is
responsible to provide guidance, training, and oversight within his
discipline regarding commissioning planning and execution to the pt
organization and contractor”s systems completion organization.
Responsibility And Duties (Including But Not Limited To) : • Provide support and guidance to the epc contractors in the development of project specific systems completions plan.
• Provide support in the installation and operation of a computerized
completion management system (cms) database for tracking, certification,
and quality control purposes. Monitor the cms database of engineering
parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria. • Involve
operations representatives in commissioning planning and execution.
Ensure operations personnel are familiarized with plant equipment and
systems according to the requirements the operability management plan. • During detail design phase, under the direction of the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc contractors:
• Provide guidance to epc contractors to ensure proper planning of
commissioning activities and alignment of execution planning with pt and
operations. • Prepare all commissioning deliverables including
turnover and completion packages (tcp”s), work packs, check-sheets,
systems boundary drawings, systems description, minimum equipment
testing matrix, commissioning procedures, preservation/de-preservation
plans and procedures, completion dossiers, final systems list and
priorities, commissioning spares, first fills, commissioning
consumables, temporary equipment for commissioning, etc. • Create a
vendor support register for commissioning activities including timely
mobilization and demobilization dates. Liaise with start-up lead to
integrate commissioning and start-up vendor support requirements •
During construction, commissioning and start-up phases, under the
direction of the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc
contractors: • Provide onsite safety leadership to ensuring safe
execution of commissioning activities and participate in pt safety
initiatives • Execute fat (factory acceptance test) plan and
procedures and ensure that contractors document the execution of fat and
upload the fat results into the project cms database. • Provide
guidance and participate in commissioning activities during construction
completion, static commissioning, dynamic commissioning and turnover of
systems. • Provide guidance and participate in the execution of
discipline specific commissioning procedures, tcp”s and work packs and
ensure that they are executed in accordance with the systems completion
specifications. Assist with trouble-shooting of systems and processes
when required. • Provide guidance and participate in the execution
of systems completion acceptance processes including walk-downs and
punch list activities • Provide commissioning input for safety and operability reviews • Review startup and operating manuals and provide input • Provide timely recommendations in regard to contingency plans and changing schedules. • Provide support to the start-up team in the planning and execution of the facilities start-up and performance test • Assist in coordinating workshops to capture lesson learned

7. Facilities Engineer (3 positions)
Job Function: The Facilities Engineer, as part of the
Facilities Engineering Team, provides support to the Site Engineering
Manager, Engineering Lead, and the Engineering Team by assuming
responsibility for the coordination and stewardship of a broad range of
engineering, planning and coordination activities. Based on project
requirements, the Facilities Engineer may also be assigned
responsibility for defined components or areas of the engineering work
scope to ensure effective integration and execution of cross-discipline
activities.
Responsibility And Duties: • Supports the Engineering Project
Team with the coordination, execution and stewardship of some or all of
the following selected activities: • Area responsibility for the CPF Utilities, CPF Process or the Wellpads & Offsites • Procurement – Engineering Interface and Engineering Management Processes • Identification, facilitation, and reporting of critical and long lead equipment procurement issues • Tracking and prioritization of construction and procurement support deliverables • Engineering change management (Change Inquiries, Requests, Proposals, and MOCs) • Interfacing with contractor(s) and MCL PT for problem solving and resolution of multi-discipline engineering issues •

8. Mechanical Completion Coordinator (2 positions)
Job Function: Responsible to the SCL for interacting with
Company and Contractor construction teams to ensure that all systems are
mechanically complete prior to Hand Over to the SC Team. Has lead
responsibility for (MC) planning, preparation, verification, and
documentation of "A" Check Sheets, Punch Lists, as-builts, etc. •
Interface with Contractor Technical Supervisors and Vendor
Representatives to understand the ongoing work and ensure a safe and
environmentally sound job area. • Interface with Company Safety Advisor and Contractor Safety Officers to ensure a safe and environmentally sound job area. • Interface with Industry Technical Experts to assist in solving mechanical completion problems incurred during the project. • Interface with Commissioning Lead to ensure alignment between construction and commissioning requirements. • Interface with Systems Completions Coordinator in seeking assistance for solving problems. • Achieve a flawless hand over of a mechanically complete facility from Construction to Commissioning. • Achieve an accident and incident free performance during the work effort leading to hand over. • Achieve a flawless first oil event.
Responsibility And Duties: • Supports project in tracking MC to SC transition in order to realize a timely and systematic commissioning campaign.
• Monitors and coordinates administration of project”s SC database
(WinPCS); works closely with Company and Contractor construction teams
to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from MC to SC. Focus is to
ensure systems are ready for commissioning. • Surveillance over primary contractor during mechanical completion phase of the project. • Ensures that documentation associated with the effort is available, correct, and complete. • Ensures that scope of work is completed and that the quality of the work performed meets Company standards. • Ensures that Contractor performs work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. • Assists in transition to commissioning phase of project.
• Identifies & communicates priority systems to drive MC. Liaises
between Construction and Systems Completion to maintain system
prioritization. • Coordinates development of final "A" Check Sheets and ensures that they are correctly tied/linked to database tags.
• Provides key interface with QA inspectors and MC specialists.
Monitors Contractor”s disciplines/discipline engineers (pipe,
mechanical, structural, E&I, etc) to ensure that "A" Check Sheets
are accurately completed and are submitted in a timely manner to the SC
database administrator to meet Hand Over dates - expedites when
required; monitors system status. • Monitors development,
population and maintenance of the SC database (WinPCS) and ensures that
it is up to date and includes current/correct data from engineering and
that tags are correctly tied/linked to each system (through boundary
drawings). Verifies & validates MC packages via WinPCS. •
Interfaces with Engineering to ensure engineering data is updated in
accordance with revision updates of key documents, i.e., cable
schedules, instrument index, line list, etc. • In conjunction with WinPCS administrator, manages all completion database updates/changes via the change control procedure. • Reviews system boundary drawings against MC status and advises changes to effect early Hand Over. •
Coordinates review and approval of EPC Contractor”s procedures for MC
and Hand Over activities including Company”s requirements to inspect,
review or witness certain aspects of measuring completion. • Coordinates with EPC Contractor the efficient and safe execution of MC and Hand Over.
• Works with EPC Contractor to achieve completion of such additional
parts of the facility, systems, sub-systems and temporary utilities that
may be required to facilitate commissioning and start-up of the
facility. • Interfaces with Planning and Construction to meet scheduled MC dates. •
Ensures that Construction is working prioritized area completion so
that transition from area to system MC meets agreed project
schedule/handover dates. • Reports MC progress to the SCL. Sets up,
manages and reports MC metrics [i.e. "A" Check Sheet Progress, Plan vs.
Actual System Hand Overs, Outstanding Punch list Items, etc.] •
Coordinates Punch List activities with Construction, Systems Completion
and Operations teams. Arranges and chairs weekly MC hand over meetings
and ensures that Construction disciplines are working to complete "A"
Punch List items in a timely/orderly fashion to meet scheduled Hand Over
dates. • Ensures that all vendor IRNs and OS&D reports are incorporated into the system/sub-system Punch Lists • Tracks and helps expedite late material and equipment deliveries and monitors their effect on hand over plans.
• Formulates, orchestrates and arranges final MC walk-downs/punch outs
of systems and reviews/approves final "B" and "C" Punch List items
before input into the SC database. Ensures final-approved system punch
lists are input into the SC database. • Ensures MC certificates are
prepared, signed by appropriate supervisors/managers and distributed as
stipulated in project Coordination Procedures. • Coordinates preparation of MC Dossier format and helps set up all dossiers. • Verifies and signs off MC dossiers for systems and coordinates Hand Over.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences: •
An engineering degree with 5 - 10 years direct "hands on" experience in
construction and / or systems completion in oil and gas processing is
required. • Exposure to drilling and downhole operations would be beneficial. • High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential. • WinPCS or similar Systems Completion electronic database management system experience.
• Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with
diverse backgrounds. Must be an excellent facilitator and must exhibit

fabrication, construction, and mechanical completion activities • participate in lessons learned reviews and provide input to close-out report sections upon completion of work • administer the execution of the contract, including interpretations to the contract • review change requests and change assessments in accordance with management of change plan • provide input to appraisal process for assigned site personnel

10. Mooring Tower Engineer (1 position)
Job Function: The Turret/Mooring Engineer is responsible for
technical oversight of all tower and mooring engineering aspects during
design, fabrication, and installation on the Project. Ensures that the
EPC contractor produces a cost effective turret/mooring system that is
designed to meet the Project”s safety, performance, and durability
requirements within the project budget and schedule. Ensures that the
Project”s requirements, as detailed in the Technical Specifications, for
all the tower/mooring system is met. Assists with all aspects of
turret/mooring engineering for the Project, whenever called upon by the
Lead Engineer. Facilitates interfaces among the Lead Engineer, EMDC
Functions, and the EPC contractor”s organization with respect to
tower/mooring design issues.
Responsibility And Duties: • Provide on-site piping and
mechanical system engineering oversight of soft yoke mooring tower
system during basic and detailed engineering phases • Coordinate EMDC
Engineering Function”s Support team member involvement in the tower and
mooring system activities, including interaction with EPC contractor”s
turret/mooring personnel • Prepare and submit tower/mooring engineering progress data, including narratives, charts, graphs, etc., to the Lead Engineer • Identify and document scope changes with an emphasis on cost and schedule. Keep Lead Engineer appraised of same. • Ensure mooring systems deliverables comply with Contract requirements • Steward the performance of third party verification activities related to critical design items • Steward the EPC contractor”s engineering, design, fabrication, and installation planning activities including: - Assurance that all applicable codes and standards are built into the tower and mooring design - Detail tower and mooring engineering, focusing on piping and mechanical systems - Piping and mechanical iInterfaces between mooring tower and FSO - Measurement and reporting of engineering, fabrication, and installation physical progress - Review of squad-check drawings and other deliverables as required for cross discipline design coordination -
Review of vendor data for completeness of information required for
tower mooring design and compliance with project specifications
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences: • Thorough and working knowledge of: -Mechanical and piping systems engineering, design, and fabrication, - Applicable codes, standards and trade practices - ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical and piping systems engineering • Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture, Civil, Ocean, or Maritime Systems Engineering • 10+ years of closely related professional engineering experience. • Ideally: -Hands-on design experience with FSO/FPSO mooring systems •
Demonstrated hands-on skill at recommending quick, precise solutions to
technical issues as required to meet or exceed Project schedule and
budget constraints • Must be able and willing to: - Work overseas - Work with others outside his group to ensure that work results are technically compatible - Work independently with minimum supervision - Work as an integrated part of a Project team in an assurance role - Establish strong contact with other advisors for consultation on interfaces (riser and FSO) - Review and comment on contractor”s procedures and method statements for safety and constructability issues • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to
function effectively within a project team and to communicate with
project management, contractors, and sub contractors
