untuk mendeliver OR&A (Operability Readiness and Assurance) engineering kepada CLIENT kami salah satu K3S asing yang beroperasi di laut natuna.
Pekerjaan ini adalah salah satu lingkup kerja dari proyek EPCI kami yang harus selesai hingga akhir tahun 2013 ini.
Status Pekerjaan: Kontrak 1 tahun
Lokasi Kerja: Gedung Menara 165, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
Berikut adalah JOB DESCRIPTION dari;
1. OPERATIONS ENGINEER:
a) Update the Operating Philosophy to assure integration of the existing and the new operations system during the detailed design phase
b) Provide Operations Input into Design, Commissioning & Start Up plan and ensures appropriate Operations Readiness for the project
c) Work closely with the Client's Rep to verify, monitor and report operations readiness scope
d) Provide all operations data required for Company Operations Data Management
e) Tag/asset registry
f) Ensure that the HSE in operations requirements are delivered and effective
g) Identify the additional personnel required for the new facilities installed and operated
h) Develop operations documentation including commissioning plans, simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) procedures, operating manuals, etc
i) Contribute to HAZOP/HAZID/SIL workshop, Safety Studies, Pre Start-Up Audits and OR&A Reviews in support of the acceptance process
j) Facilitate the provision of operator training requirements
k) Contribute in development of Operational Cost (OPEX) models to be used for life cycle costing (if required)
l) Contribute to commissioning and start-up strategies.
m) Participate in Operations Readiness Reviews and pre-start-up audits together with Operations Assurance (OA) Team
n) Ensure documentation handover according to requirements
o) Ensure close liaison with Offshore personnel on all Operational issues
p) Direct report to the O&M Project Manager.
2. MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY ENGINEER:
a) Update the Maintenance Philosophy to assure

b) Provide all maintenance data/information required for the followings:
- RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Assessments
- RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) Analysis
- RBI (Risk Based Inspection) Study
- CMMMS (Computerized Maintenance and Materials Management System) Population
c) Contribute in categorization of maintenance activities
d) Spare parts and standardization
e) Equipment preservation
f) Operations logistics
g) Define or provide input to maintenance training requirements
h) Tag/asset registry
i) Contribute in the maintenance routines development
j) Contribute to commissioning and start-up strategies.
k) Participate in Operations Readiness Reviews and pre-start-up audits together with OA Team
l) Ensure documentation handover according to requirements
m) Direct report to the O&M Project Manager.
Adapun kualifikasai yang dibutuhkan sbb;
a) Sarjana S1 Teknik
b) Berpengalaman minimal 7 tahun di bidang operations, maintenance & inspection engineering, khususnya Gas Processing Plant
c) Berpengalaman dalam membuat plan & procedures in ENGLISH
