Production Superintendent (PROD)
Qulifications :
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position at mining production area.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate. Hold a POU Certificate would be highly valued.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
• Strong commitment to site safety.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
Responsibilites :
• Monitoring all coal production activity to meet target considering effective, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
• Good coordination with contractors at Site.
Land Acquisition Supervisor (LAND)
Qulifications :
• Male, minimum of 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Sociology / Law / Community Relations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Candidates from Palembang will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
• Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
Responsibilities :
• Acquire and deal with the landlord in our job site.
• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential problems in order to reduce the risk of law in the land acquisition activity.
Environment Supervisor (ENVT)
Qulifications :
• Male, maximum of 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Environment / Forestry / Agronomy any major. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Having AMDAL Course.
• Having knowledge environmental strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate preferable.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
Responsibilities :
• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential environment problems to reduce the risk production activity.
• Make a program of reclamation activity.
HR & GA Supervisor (HRGA)
Qulifications:
• Male, maximum of 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology from reputable university. GPA 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about HR function such as personnel administration, industrial relations, employee relations and general affairs matters such as monitoring rent, repairing vehicle and accommodation.
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point & visio)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate preferable.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera on roster period.
Responsibilities :
• Monitor and coordinate all HR&GA activity in job site.
• Handle all HR&GA administration.
SHE Manager (SHEM)
Qulifications :
• Male, maximum of 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 10 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about Safety Analysis,
• Hold a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate. Hold a POU certificate will be a plus.
• Hold a K3 Umum Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Good knowledge to make RKTTL.
• Excellent experience and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety design (in coal mining field).
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site.
Responsibilities :
• Create all the SHE programs in Head Office and site.
• Make sure all the SHE programs are applied and implemented clearly.
Planning & Development Manager (PDVM)
Qulifications :
• Male, maximum of 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal mining exploration.
• Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Experience in mapping & sample programs.
• Good communication and technical reporting in English.
• Able to operate mining software such as Surpac and Minescape.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method and equipment.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site.
Responsibilities :
• Find new coal resources.
• Analyze and give report of short and long term part of project exploration to the BOD.
