Admin & Cost Controlling Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: General information: Work location: Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO Department:HRSSR Base location: Office Jakarta   Summary responsibilities : Under general supervision from Coordinator IR & Personnel Administration, responsible for the day-to-day operation of Personnel Administration both Indonesian and Expatriate, HRIS, Controlling personnel cost and ensuring full compliance with Company Policy and Government regulations Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, IT or other related Social Science discipline Minimum 7 years experience in Industrial Relation, Personnel Services, or HR related matters, preferably in Oil and Gas Operations, with some supervisory position Must have knowledge on Human Resources Management Familiar with Workplan, Budget, Cost Controlling, SAP HR or similar HRIS Good command in English; both speaking & written Computer literacy These positions above will be located in Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO).
