Commissioning & Start-Up Lead

Responsibilities:
To lead, coordinate or integrate, control activities and deliverables for commissioning of facilities (covering commissioning scope, schedule and feasibility recommendation), be accountable for project handover from mechanical completion through startup and involved from appraise to Operation stage, in order to ensure design respecting commissioning ease, smooth transition and compliance to Project and HSSE requirements to meet operability and financial targets as per PHE ONWJ business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experiences in the operations of oil and gas industry and/or refinery plant with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory position
- Must have a good understanding of budgeting and project control
- Must have working understanding of government regulations for HSSE as well as contract and other regulation for project and operations system
- Understanding of engineering and operations knowledge and skills to manage normal and abnormal condition of construction activities with safe manners
- Has a thorough understanding of HSSE management and implementation of Control of Work
- Demonstrate a good leadership, networking and technical communication skills
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Windows 7; Microsoft Office
