Document Control & MOC Lead Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:  To coordinate and monitor the document control system (including system infrastructure and administration process) for Project Department and Engineering & Integrity Department to provide an effective and efficient way of documentation repository and ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes across the organization and minimize the negative impact of change-related incidents. Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science/Administration/Engineering Minimum 5years’ experiencesin document administration and change management with exposure in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures Must have knowledge ofDocument Management; Change Management; Management Information System; Must have good understanding of Oil & Gas engineering & Integrity Management principles; HSSE principles; CVP Process; Project and Operations knowledge Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office This position will be located in Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ).
