To support our team, we are currently looking for : Industrial Relation Superintendent Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Ensuring the management of Industrial Relations in the company carried out in accordance with the vision, mission, values and policies in order to ensure compliance to company regulations concerning labor government for smooth operations of the company. Draft plan of activities, the draft program and budget for the management of Industrial Relations in the company based on the strategies and policies that have been established to ensure compliance with established management objectives Reviewing the Company Regulation (PP) and the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) to ensure corporate companies are always in compliance with government regulations. Identify and analyze labor issues experienced by employees in the company and provide a recommendation solutions in industrial relations dispute resolution that can be handled properly in accordance with the policies. Requirements: Graduated from S1 degree from any major from reputable University. Minimum 4  years experience in industrial relation Experience in Legal Consultant/Lawyer is preferred Depth knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement (PPHI) Having experience in litigation process at Industrial Relation Court Having experience in dealing with Labor Union in resolving industrial relation issues and negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) Strong analytical skill and detail oriented Highly motivated person, creative, independent, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working.
