To support our team, we are currently looking for : IT Manager Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Ensure the readyness, registration and the use of all hardwares and softwares is based on set parameter and company’s standard. Analyze and ensure trouble shooting and solutions towards all IT problems are responded immediately Control all IT requests and all activities are properly recorded and monitored. Direct and control system development process, network and application to ensure the implementation is based on company’s business process. Responsible for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and service quality to users Creation of IT policies and SOP and regular review to make sure the effectiveness. Monitor IT bugdet Requirements: Strong knowledge and familiar with systems and procedures of IT operation and maintenance Proven track record with minimum of 10 years experience in IT operation in big company Having leadership experience on managing IT team Bachelor's Degree majoring in Computer engineering or Computer Science or related fields of study Strong communication skill, positive attitudes, and enjoys working in a team.
