• Female, at least Maximum 35 years old
• D3 Administration / Bachelor Degree of Secretary
• At least Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience on Secretary job Title / Administration task
• Able to speak English, both oral and written (Active)
• Lampung Hometown is Preferable
1. Manage and maintain all General Office Administration.
2. Assist the manager with the routine works.
3. Prepare the meeting and perform the cahier.
4. Receipt the customer and present the company status for the customer / Visitor.
5. Communicate with the relative person of the whole company departments.
6. Write all the important information from a meeting, when a meeting is held by the manager.
7. Maintaining the company s statutory registers;
8. Updating the records held by Companies House.
9. Maintaining the registered office.
10. Organizing the company s board meetings and annual general meeting.
