1. Training & Development Officer (Code : TDO)
2. Training & Development Manager (Code : TDM)
3. Organization Development Manager (Code : ODM)
4. Organization Development Officer (Code : ODF)
5. Secretary (Code : SEC)
6. Civil Mechanical Designer (Code : CMD)
7. Electrical Instrument Designer (Code : EID)

1. Training & Development Officer (Code : TDO)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science background is preferred.
• Belong to the top 5% in the faculty.
• Have a strong commitment to excellence and great passion for success.
• Have high sense of initiative and hardworking spirit.
• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
• Excellent in presentation skills.
• Have passion in People Development and Organization Development.
2. Training & Development Manager (Code : TDM)
Responsibilities:
A. Framework 
• Design curriculum for learning and development on competency based analysis.
• Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
B. Content
• Develop learning and development program with development of its module and training.
• Design training syllabus & lesson plan development
C. Delivery
• Facilitate the learning and development program.
• Delivery the systems and concepts in regards to performance management, organization development, talent management program.
• Manage the succession planning and talent management program.
• Responsible for all management of training administration, activities as well as development for the Group
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
• Possess At least 3-5 years experiences in training and development department.
• Have an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
• Prefer to have an experience as external speaker/ trainer to conduct training sessions internally.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
• Prefer a young, dynamic and highly motivated personality
3. Organization Development Manager (Code : ODM)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science background is preferred. Master degree in Human Resources Management or Mathematics would be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position at managerial level.
• Have a strong commitment to excellence and great passion for success.
• Possess high sense of initiative and leadership potential.
• Excellent in presentation skills and persuasion / influences skills
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Have a strong leadership capability and able to lead team
• Familiar with best practices methodologies in job evaluation, job grading, performance management, organization engineering, and compensation and benefit.
4. Organization Development Officer (Code : ODF)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/engineering/science background is preferred. Master degree in Human Resources Management or Mathematics would be an advantage.

5. SECRETARY (Code : SEC)
Responsibilities:
• Primarily to handle and to responsible for all issues related to company status as became go public company
• To advise company management of the law and practice on legal related issues and company actions or intended actions, and to process until completion business licenses based on need.
• Responsible for any corporate legal matters
• To handle administrative duties for a company, take important notes, maintain important files documents greet important clients / customers and report directly to a company president or other corporate executives.
• Might also be responsible for taking minutes at important meetings, contacting and arranging board members, advise and co-ordinate all meetings, and appointment and pass relevant information on to staff.
• Handles shareholders relations, coordinates and communicates annual meetings, and maintains a list of holding companies, officers and directors
• Establishing and maintaining secretarial practices in order to ensure reliable and accurate data, essential for bussines operations.
Requirements:
• Female maximum 25 years old
• Degree min D3 of Secretary
• Preferably max. 2 years as Secretary, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Have experiences in conducting Corporate Actions such as IPO, corporate finance matters, go-public rules and issues
• Familiar and proficient with Computer Literate (Ms Office)
• Good communication skills, fluently in English oral and written
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Needs to be organized, motivated, adaptable and capable problem-solver
• Proactive and have good analytical thinking
6. Civil Mechanical Designer (Code: CMD)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 5 years working experiences in Mining Industry of Consultant Engineering
b. Diploma III from reputable University of Polytechnic with discipline background Civil or Mechanical
c. Ability to using AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Micro Station, Ms Office, etc
d. Good command in English both oral and written
e. Strong background in project consultant
f. Highly self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hardworking, good initiative & team work
g. Good understanding the standard rule of the Civil & Mechanical design drafting (Building, Plant, Piping, Auxiliary Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, etc)
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
7. Electrical - Instrument Designer (Code: EID)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 5 years working experiences in Mining industry or Engineering Consultant
b. Diploma III from reputable University or Polytechnic majoring Electrical / Instrumental Engineering
c. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
d. Good command in English both oral and written
e. Strong Background in project consultant
f. Highly self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hardworking, good initiative & team work
g. Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument design drafting (Block Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Single Line Diagram, etc)
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
i. Have experiences in preparing electrical/instrument drawing standard for construction or tender
j. Have experiences in preparing drawing design such as Arrangement Plan, Piping Instrument & Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, and Project Management
8. Instrument Engineer (Code: INS)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc)
b. S1 from reputable university majoring Instrument Engineer
c. Having good knowledge in Instrument & Control Engineering, specific: SCADA, PLC and programming for Material Handling Equipment
d. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
e. Good command in English both oral and written
f. Good understanding the standard role of the Instrument works, etc
g. Highly self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hardworking, good initiative & team work
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
9. Project Engineer Superintendent (Code: PES)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 10 years experiences to supervise Capital Project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, gold, etc)
b. Bachelor of Civil/Mechnical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
c. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
d. Good Command in English both oral and written
e. Strong Background in Management or Project
f. Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
g. Good Understanding the standard rule of the project delivery system
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
Responsibilities:
a. Establishes the Engineering Plan. Coordinates the Engineering Plan with overall project requirements
b. Provides Engineering directions and support for the procurement and construction groups in the formulation of the procurement and construction plans
c. Recommends the selections of consultants, design contractors, major equipment suppliers, and construction contractors
d. Review and recommends approval for payment of all engineering contractor invoices.
f. Resolves any technical problems and makes appropriate recommendations to the Project Manager Engineering
g. Developing the project Quality Assurance Program for the total project in accordance with the company manual and procedures
10. QA / QC Manager (Code : QCM)
Requirements:
a. Minimum 10 years experience to involve Capital & Operating project in mining industry (Coal, Nickel,Iron, Gold, etc)
b. Graduated S1 from reputable university, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
c. Having good knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, specific: Bulk Material Handling Equipment (Crusher, Screen, Apron Feeder, Conveyor, Stacking, Reclaiming, Barge Loading, Shift Loading, etc) Infrastructure & Utility Facility (Power Supply, Fuel Handling, Water Supply System, Building, Road, Bridge, etc)
d. Able to use AutoCAD< Microsoft Project, MS Office, etc
e. Good command in English both oral and written
f. Good understanding on the standard role of the Mechanical works, Electrical works, Instrument Work & Civil Works
g. High self-motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurate, hardworking, good initiative & team work
h. Flexible & dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area
