PT Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk Carrier Opportunities PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk as a public coal related Energy Company, seeking outstanding individuals to join our team to support our company growth: Account Payable Officer Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan Responsibilities: Perform checking & review all in coming invoice/memo from invoice control by doing 3 (three) way matching which are Purchase Order, Working Instruction, Contract, Memo, etc VS Invoices VS Receive good/service report/delivery note and prepare Expense Approval form ready to be checked by Head of AP or assistant Head of AP AP Closing and bank reconciliation, support AP Head to perform step by step of  AP closing starting from ensuring all transaction in AP module already accountanted until bank reconciliation preparation Audit Process, Ensure the availability of the document and or data needed for all audit purposes in related to the AP balance of the designated company(ies)  (Internal, External, Government, regulator)   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): good understanding on tax regulation, excellent in ms office, good knowladge in oracle accounting system is a plus, detail oriented. Required language(s): English At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
