For more information about Huawei, please visit: http://www.huawei.com SUN Engineer Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Hardware maintenance of SUN server equipment hardware Responsible Maintenance operation and troubleshooting, Level 1 and level 2 problem handling Periodic reporting to superior, Senior Supervisor and Team Leader Responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction Maintain KPI of Change Request and trouble ticket Requirements: Bachelor Degree from Engineering SUN Certified if preferable Have experience 2 year in SUN equipment as Technical Support/ Implementation Engineer, or others Experience in SUN Cluster system Expert in Unix system Additional Skills IBM/HP/Dell server equipment knowledge Abilities Logical Troubleshooting Attitude positive, active, and fast response, initiative Having  knowledge about TCP/IP, SS7, SCTP, M3UA, Unix/Linux will be advantage Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage Have good interpersonal & communication skill Willing to work under-pressure and in fast changing environment We ----->>> baca selengkapnya
