Responsibilities:
• Software Consulting- Provide interpretation services as assigned across all domains of Geophysics Suite of applications
• Training- Ensure consistent high quality delivery of training material for Applications. Capable of conducting basic and advanced classroom training on the Interpretation suite of applications including SeisEarth, VoxelGeo, Stratimagic and data management
• Support- Perform troubleshooting of client issues. Own issue until escalated approriately and/or resolved with client satisfaction. Demonstrate proficiency with all Support procedures and the internal tracking and reporting systems
• Professional Development - Continue to actively develop own technical expertise within the Interpretation and Reservoir Characterization suite. Actively seek personal development of non-technical competencies through assignements & formal training
• Testing- assist with the evaluation of functionally, usability and bug identification in new software releases as required. Report client enhancement requests. Routinely report problems utilizing internal tracking system

Requirements:

Supply Chain
Job Function – Requirements - Success Factors
Based in PMC Jakarta plant and functionally reporting to the Supply Chain director AP – including sales forecasting, demand planning, procurement and logistics management, this position will work closely with the management teams like sales, R&D, production, purchasing and will direct and lead the implementation of strategies for efficient and cost effective materials flow to deliver the maximum advantage to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead and direct supply chain team in identifying, communicating and implementing supply chain strategies and management best practices with high EHS sense in all logistics activities
• Plan and implement activities related to the timely and accurate sales forecasting, demand planning and material planning
• Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective logistics, procurement and inventory control
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, material control systems and metrics to reduce costs and satisfy customer demand, streamline procedures and implement solutions
• Establish successful relationships with internal functions like sales, CSR, purchasing, R&D and external customers and suppliers on a country, regional or global basis to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and the maintenance of logistics cost and working capital at minimum acceptable levels

Requirements:

Senior Geologist for New Ventures
Senior Geologist – Exploration & New Ventures
Specific Duties And Responsibilities:
• Identify and map out key plays in the region and high grade "sweetspots" for overall acreage strategy for growth beyond the existing concession areas currently held by the client and its affiliates
• Deliver a portfolio of growth opportunities to support replacing the regions reserves over the next five years
• 2D and 3D seismic interpretation and mapping at the regional to sub-regional scale to provide context for play and prospect ranking
• Generate new play concepts for existing acreage and help support key learning from ongoing drilling within the clients concessions
• Prospect volume and risk assessments and participate in peer reviews
• Participate or lead a team in data room visits and generate quick turn-around evaluations of prospectivity giving technical recommendations for participation in new ventures or acreage extension opportunities beyond the existing license areas
• New Venture data integration from scouting, data rooms, and local knowledge, Work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities in order to maximize results and winning new acreage positions
• Engender trust and confidence, providing mentoring and assistance as needed
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 15 years experience in geological interpretation and mapping, preferably with foundation from a major integrated oil company
• Demonstrate a track record of successful interpretations that have led to discoveries
• Experience working structurally complex, poor data quality areas
• Previous experience working new ventures in Africa/Middle East preferred
• Working experience with interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic. Ability to generate and interpret seismic attributes
• Produce significant volumes of interpretations within tight time frames including data rooms, and bid rounds with travel in the region required
• A preferred background in geology, with transference into seismic interpretation
• A high degree of self-motivation and professionalism in achieving high quality new acreage acquisitions leading to multiple drilling opportunities

• Reviews and approves operational and engineering reports prepared by subordinates such as drilling, well completion, workover, flow test, drill stem test and similar technical summary reports
Drilling Operations and Engineering Activities:
• Plans and directs all drilling, well completion and workover operations
• Ensures that all operations have been thoroughly researched, engineered, programmed and implemented in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with the prescribed requirements of the Technical Group
• Directs the preparation of mud & cement programmes for drilling workover and exploration operations and the availability of the required materials
