1. Graduate ICT (855364) - Balikpapan Based• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of experiences with GPA preferably 3.00 out of 4; Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer .
• Have skill of troubleshooting, repair, maintain hardware & software for Personal Computer (Desktop & Laptop).
• Understanding the data processing and preventive system especially with database and web programming.
• Having SQL Server database knowledge.
• Microsoft Access application with visual basic & SQL language.
• Understanding about C++, java, SQL, VB 2008, PHP, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, ASP, HTML.
• Have design graphic knowledge, especially with Adobe Photoshop software.
• Good knowledge in MS. Office.
2. Graduate Civil (880828) – Site Based
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of related experiences (Year of graduation 2010-2012) with GPA preferably 3.00 out of 4; Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering.
• Have an understanding of the following disciplines: mining and construction regulations, industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, quality assurance, construction techniques and processes.
• General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipment utilization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and Structural software is desirable.
• Willing to be placed at site project.
3. Graduate Mechanical (880713) – Site Based
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of related experiences (Year of graduation 2010-2012) with GPA preferably 3.00 out of 4; Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering, preferably from engineering, design and construction background.
• Have an understanding of the following disciplines: construction regulations, mechanical industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, mechanical quality assurance, construction techniques and processes.
• General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipments utilization.
• Computer literacy including advance skill in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and Structural/ mechanical software is desirable. Having the ability to read engineering design.
4. Graduate Electrical (882127) – Site Based
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of related experiences (Year of graduation 2010-2012) with GPA preferably 3.00 out of 4; Bachelor Degree from Electrical (High Voltage) or Instrumentation Engineering, preferably from engineering, design and construction background.
• Have an understanding of the following disciplines: construction regulations, electrical industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, mechanical quality assurance, construction techniques and processes.
• General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipments utilization.
• Computer literacy including advance skill in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and Structural/ electrical software is desirable. Having the ability to read engineering design.
5. Operator Crane (Job No. 865938) – Balikpapan Based
• Minimum Senior High School, Age: under 45 years old.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining and/or construction industry as a Mobile Crane Operator with Lifting equipment s OHS.
• Hold valid Licence SIO class I from Manpower Dept. Certification.
• Hold SIM B-2 licence.
6. Supervisor External/Warranty Repair (Job No. 871694) – Balikpapan Based
• Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5 year experience in similar role.
• You should have extensive mechanical trade experiences; extensive Plant External Repair & Warranty experiences especially for Caterpillar product; exposure in maintenance management; familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis.
• Familiar with analysis & reporting; equipment maintenance background; methods, principles, and technique used in preventive maintenance; manage time and personal productivity.
• Manage the Components external repair at Caterpillar Dealer to ensure the estimated time completion, meet the best quality, and meet the effective cost. PEX component movement; manage Caterpillar component special warranty (extended and Prorate level III) meet the criteria of root cause category and summary the low hour failures to follow them up for the improvement and solution.
7. Specialist Training Rigging / Slinging / Chainsaw (Job No. 823101) – Balikpapan Based
• Minimum Senior high school.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Operator Chainsaw and minimum of 1 year experience in Training or previous Supervisory experience required.
• Experienced to delivery & deliver of skills training in the civil jobs is preferred.
8. Engineer Plant (Job No. 864214) – Sangatta Project Based
• Have a Diploma/ S1 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Duty Equipment Management.
• You should have extensive mechanical trade experiences; exposure in heavy equipment maintenance management; familiar with Component Cost Repair and Quote analysis. Prefer familiar with analysis & reporting; Heavy Equipment Maintenance background; methods, principles, and technique used in preventive maintenance; manage time and personal productivity.
9. Training Officer - Mechanical (Job No. 763267) – Sangatta Project Based
• Minimum Senior High School or Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices with Minimum of 4 years experience within the mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman or as Supervisor/Lead Hand Mechanic.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Experienced in Heavy earth moving equipment technical codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader.
10. Senior Business Development Representatives - Construction (775672) - Jakarta Based
• Preferred have relevant degree in formal education.
• Minimum 5 year experience in similar role in construction and or mining industry.
• Experience with customer research management databases, relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable, general knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desired: construction engineering or oil & gas.
