Currently we are seeking for highly qualified candidate for the following positions: Tender and Contract Manager (Jakarta Based) Duties and Responsibilities: • Carry our responsibility of Management of bid submissions • Plan and manage post bid submission activity: • Continue activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio. • Encourage bid team members as required, to ensure bid management provides an effective and value adding function throughout the business • Supply qualified resources to bid solutions, to lead the bid process, to ensure timely internal reviews and use of best practice materials. • Ensure that key win strategies are communicated to the bid team. Required Qualifications and Experience: • Experienced 4-5 years Bid management and take role in leading complex bids within Oilfield service. • Strong business orientation, analysis & problem solving orientation, negotiation, resilience and collaboration skills • Strong Project Management skills • Educated to degree level • Fluent English speaking and excellent report writing skills • Adhere to the deadline set HSE Coordinator (Jakarta Based) Duties and Responsibilities: • The HSE coordinator is responsible for documentation assistance with CSMS preparation for Tender Purposes. • Ensure all aspects of QHSE Management System are communicated and enforced throughout the company. • Undertakes corrective and preventive measures to ensure a professional QHSE management system environment for the organization and its stakeholders • The HSE coordinator Develops proposals for corrective or preventive measures, and investigates, analyzes and reviews accidents or near misses within the organization • To ensure regular emergency response is effective and that managers and employees are prepared at all times, this manager designs and conducts drills, both announced and unannounced • The HSE coordinator ensures that work instructions and SOP’s are enforced. It is their responsibility to make sure that all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization • To prepare monthly reports for Management Review and Prepare Presentations for all employees of the organization. Required Qualifications and Experience: • 3 years experience, preferably with a university degree • Excellent training skills • Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures • Qualified in HSE practices • Previous experience in Drilling and/or Workover Safety will be an added advantage. • Must be Fluent in English and have excellent report writing skills. Thru Tubing Supervisor (Balikpapan Based) Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Thru Tubing Services and related services at the jobsite, whilst adhering to Quality and Safety Management policies. • Liaise with or supervise the on-site rig crew to ensure correct equipment handling during the job • Responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environment programs and procedures. • Complete pre-job and post-job inspection and maintenance of tools. • Leads crew to redress and repair tools and equipment. Required Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum 2 years experience in running Thru tubing Fishing-Milling • The preferred candidate must have a degree or similar technical diploma in engineering • Substantial Knowledge of Thru Tubing Tools (both running and tool maintenance). Full knowledge is required of milling and fishing in especially with Coil Tubing. • Having Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills • Basic knowledge of relevant computer software. Thru Tubing Technician (Balikpapan Based) Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform technical duties, including: a) Assist in preparing tool shipments. b) Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in accordance with procedures and that all necessary paperwork is completed. c) Store tools safely and in such as way as to preserve condition. d) Maintain and clean workshop, tools, equipment. e) Assist with asset & inventory stock takes • Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. • Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Required Qualifications and Experience: • Have minimum 2 years as workshop technician / tool dresser • Good interpersonal skills. • Mechanical aptitude. •Good written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Oilfield experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
