COMMISSIONING COORDINATOR
For National
• Proven experience (15 – 20 years) in the planning and execution of commissioning for large offshore facilities, and ability to seek out and leverage lessons learnt from recent field start-ups to complement own experience.
• Ability to develop workplans in collaboration with several functional groups to ensure that a fully integrated approach to commissioning is adopted. Strong planning capability.
• Knowledge of subsea facilities and the commissioning interfaces with topsides facilities
• As a minimum educational requirement, a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Science
HULL ENGINEER – STRUCTURAL
For National
• 5+- years of proven experience in the design and construction of floating structures such as Semisubmersible, Tension leg platform, FSO/FPU, FPSO, Oil Tanker , Bulk Carrier and Sea-going vessel in accordance to Classification Society and International industrial standard
• Familiar with IACS rule and Classification Society requirement on the floating structure global strength, fatigue and it’s stability
• Experience in the Global Strength Analysis (such as 3 cargo hold analysis, Dynamic Loading Approach analysis and Spectral Fatigue Analysis)
• Experience with structural analysis software and FEM analysis software such as Nastran, Femap, ANSYS and Abacus
HULL PROJECT ENGINEER
For Expatriate
• Excellent communication skills
• BS or MS Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil or Structural or Naval Architecture - or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years (MS degree) or 7 years (BS degree) experience in designing floating offshore structures and has been involved in the detail engineering , construction phase and/or installation phase.
• Familiar with IACS rule, Classification Society requirement and international industrial standard for floating structure
MATERIALS ENGINEER
For Expatriate:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Material Science – Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of material properties and material degradation, corrosion and cracking mechanisms that affect integrity and reliability of oil and gas production equipment.
• Prefer minimum 15 years experience of materials and corrosion engineering of upstream oil and gas production equipment and facilities, particularly related to subsea equipment.
• Demonstrated proficiency of working and communicating with a multi-functional asset team.
• Understands and is proficient in material standards applied to O&G industries.
• Willing to travel to global manufacturing and fabrication locations.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and disciplined application of operational excellence management systems.
SUBSEA MATERIALS MANAGEMENT ADVISOR
For National / Expatriate:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. Diploma/Certificate in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
• Prefer minimum 15 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain function, particularly related to subsea equipment.
• Knowledgeable on ERP systems/tools such as SAP, Ariba and JDE would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated excellent planning, analytical, people skills and communication skills are essential to the job.
• Demonstrated proficiency of working and communicating with a multi-functional asset team.
• Willing to travel to global manufacturing and fabrication locations.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and disciplined application of operational excellence management systems.
MOORING ENGINEER
For Expatriate:
• BS or MS Degree in Engineering: Naval Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Civil - or its equivalent
• Minimum 7 years (MS degree) or 10 years (BS degree) experience in designing mooring systems for floating offshore structures and has been involved in the detail engineering , construction phase and installation phase.
• Fully conversant with selection and design of deepwater mooring systems, including mooring configuration and global performance analysis in relation to mooring and riser system.
• Familiar with IACS rule, Classification Society requirement and international industrial standard for mooring system and global performance
SR. COMMISSIONING SPECIALIST INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL
For Expatriate:
• Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering or relevant Certification courses
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas and / or petrochemical industry
• 5-10 years in pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrumentation & control systems
• Familiarity with construction activities such as instrument calibration, testing and installation; cable installation; cable continuity and insulation testing; instrument tubing cleaning, flushing and leak testing; alarm and shutdown setting adjustment; control system function testing; loop testing; hot oil flushing of tubing; preservation etc.
• Familiarity with instrumentation software such as INTOOLS etc. Familiarity with commissioning software
• Hands on experience with ICSS, SIS, F&G and Subsea Control System
• Experience in management of multinational workforce and sub-contractor organizations.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards
• Preferable, non-mandatory - Valid Sea Survival and HUET certification
SR COMMISSIONING SPECIALIST MECHANICAL
For Expatriate:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant Certification courses
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas and / or petrochemical industry
• 5-10 years in pre-commissioning and commissioning of topsides facilities
• Familiarity with construction activities such as piping fabrication, cleaning, pressure testing, pump and vessel installation etc.
• Familiarity with ASME and API codes and standards
• Preferable, non-mandatory - Valid Sea Survival and HUET certification
STRUCTURE ENGINEER (OFFSHORE)
For National
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Marine/Naval Architect Engineering or Structure Engineering)
• 6+ years of proven and specialist experience in Engineering as Marine/Naval Architect Engineer or Structure Engineer in offshore design.
• Having experience for engineering of offshore (platform or FPSO/FPU) project design, fabrication and installation.
• Familiar with industry and regulatory codes, standards and recommended practices from ABS, DNV, HES standard (e.g. SID), BKI, etc.
• Good skill in using various engineering software packages such as SACS, FEM, ANSYS, etc. Familiar with AQWA and Orcaflex or similar.
• Familiar with Global Performance Analysis, Stability Analysis, Weight Control, Static and Dynamic Load Calculation, Global & Local Structural Analysis.
• Having experience in supervising contractors, monitoring and approving contractor’s plans, procedures, and work output (e.g. deliverables).
• Knowledgeable of production operations and installation interfaces with Operations (Permit to Work, SIMOPs, Start-Up Procedures and Operations) is an advantage.
• Works effectively with others and strives to reach agreement on key interface issues. Has high ability to achieve goals using influence and trust. Ability to work with Operations Field Personnel is important
• Willing to be travel and positioned in the field within fabrication/ construction phases
SUBSEA CONTROLS AND IWOCS ENGINEER
For Expatriate:
• Minimum 15 years experience in Subsea Production Controls and IWOCS.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred
• In lieu of degree, relevant certificates as well as 20 years of subsea experience with at least 15 years related to Subsea Controls and IWOCS will be considered
• Candidates must be willing and able to fulfill business travel requirements.
• Capable of serving as Site Lead on projects, including generation of detailed functional specifications, review of design and test documentation, interface management, QA/QC and testing oversight, integration testing, installation and system commissioning.
• Able to manage technical and commercial aspects of contracts as well as interfaces between vendors and various project stakeholders.
• Experienced with applicable industry and regulatory codes, standards, and recommended practices of subsea equipment and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct the efforts of others to achieve exceptional performance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, be self-directing, and exhibit due diligence in pursuit of objectives.
• Experienced in project controls, including effective work planning, risk assessment, contingency plans, contract management, and demonstrated business acumen.
