1. HR Training & Development
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor degree major Psychology
• Age max 35 years old
• At least 2 years experience in handling training & development within organization
• Able to conduct training & counseling
• Good communication skill & organization skill
• Hands on experience in organizing and implementing training program
• Capable to conduct employee feed backing and counseling
• Able to develop system & procedure
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Familiar in using MS. Office
• Proficient in English is an advantage
2. Senior Sales Engineer
Requirements:
• S1 majoring in Mechanical/Electro/Instrument Engineering
• Min 5 years having experiences in sales of instrumentation product & metering system
• Familiar with tender/bid process and fully understand about PTK 007 Rev.2 Migas regulation
• Having Network with client on Oil & Gas industries, general industry, power industry
• Fast learning/knowledge skill, able to review in detail
• Has class A driving license
• Able to start immediately
3. Sales Engineer (Fisher Control Valve - Regulator - Cameron Valve)
Requirements:
• S1 majoring in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• Min 2 years experience working with Valve company or Instrument supplier
• Understand about Valve and accessories
• Has link on the Oil & Gas industries, general industry, power industry
• Able to communicate well with customers, Self-driven, result oriented with positive look
• Has class A driving license
• Willing to work behind the desk and travel
4. Sales Engineer (Vibration)
Requirements:
• S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Having experience as Sales Engineer
• Have knowledge in condition monitoring/rotating equipments (Vibration, Oil analysis, Balancing, Alignment, etc)
• Has link on the Oil & Gas industries, general industry, power industry
• Able to communicate well with customers, Self-driven, result oriented with positive look
• Has class A driving license
• Willing to work behind the desk and travel
5. Expediter
Requirements:
• Diploma degree from reputable university, major in Transportation with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Experience in supply chain management as expediter at least 2 years
• Deep knowledge about import documentation
• Experience in handling custom document
• Excellent command in English (written & spoken) and computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Able to start immediately
