Field Service Manager – Wireline
The Field Service Manager is responsible for setting the direction, strategy, as well as development of an ongoing business plan relating to the Wireline service. The position includes developing a sound understanding of financial information, market conditions, market intelligence, and developing close working relationships with key stakeholders such as regional operations, sales/business development, as well as the actual end users of the product.
• Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a firm understanding for the product being represented and overall being the champion for internally and externally promoting the service of the Wireline product lines.
- Responsible for understanding financial information such as Profit and Loss on respective product lines and critical key information on Earnings, before Interest and Taxes.
- Being a direct liaison between product end users, external customers and existing service departments in the region.
- Understanding and communicating with customers - the ability to understand their needs and then match them to WFT capabilities.
- Developing short term and long term business plans/ strategies aimed at substantially growing the business.
- Developing and keeping current, a detailed outline regarding market intelligence analysis, market conditions, market growth, market share, market prices, competitor strengths and weaknesses, forecasting, major alliances and contract outlines.
- Understanding and/or developing Key Performance Indicators involved and ability to stay in tune with changing needs.
- Keeping management and others, as required, informed of all aspects of the business through regular reporting means.
- Developing key alliances with other Regional personnel, Branch Managers, Product Line Managers, and Sales/Business Development teams.
- Providing recommendations, in conjunction with regional management in all decisions related to respective product line and product development.
- Identifying new product line potential where applicable.
- Analyzing and utilizing cost reduction opportunities and minimizing costs.
- Developing the overall ability to work in volatile markets, i.e. Understanding market conditions, competition, WFT products and what value means to the customer.
- Successful completion of required mandatory safety courses as designated by Weatherford.
- Complying with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in O&G industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Contractor.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.
- Good customer and employee interpersonal skills
- Proficient verbal & written English communication skills

Senior Log Analyst/Senior Petrophysicist
Job Scope:
- Responsible for all aspects within the Interpretation & Processing Service domain in petroleum consulting including final log LQC, data processing, data interpretation, data archiving and delivery.
- As a natural extension the technical sales pre and post job are part of this. Analyzing and interpretation of Wireline data for our customers in Indonesia and the communication thereof are important components.

- Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar role.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.

Additional info:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong background Formation Evaluation.
This role will be required to travel within Indonesia & Asia Pacific and willing to perform out-of-hours’ work as and when required. To provide coaching to the junior team as well as sales support to the operations team will be additional responsibility

Field Operator – Wireline
The Field Operator is responsible for performing field operations of Wireline services. The position includes job preparation, unit/tools maintenance and operation.
• Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tools and equipment, and paperwork requirements.
- Perform tasks associated with a typical Wireline job, which includes driving, load-out and backload, rigging, clean-up, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and Wireline units.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

• Requirements:
- SMA/SMU/SMK min, D3/Polytechnic preferred.
- Max age 30 years old.
- Basic command in English.
- Willing to obtain driving license for trucks (B2).

Senior Field Operator – Wireline
• Requirements:
- Max age 35 years old.
- Basic command in English.
- Has driving license for trucks (B2).
- 5 years’ experience as Field Operator in Wireline with at least 1 year as a Senior Operator.

Field Engineer - Liner Hanger
Jakarta/Bekasi and Balikpapan
Job Description
Main responsibility: operate and supervise the running of Weatherford Tools - Liner Hanger Systems at customer locations.
• Must be able to troubleshoot liner hanger installation at the field.
• Able to run Weatherford equipment in remote locations with little to no support.
• Responsible for data collection and ensuring that all job parameters are measured, recorded and reported in the job report.
• Expected to follow a specified learning plan as required.
• Required to work on a 24 hours call basis.
• Carrying out work to the highest quality level.
• Know and understand the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Work Place Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Business Unit Coordinator - Liner Hanger

Job Description
• Supervise and coordinate product & services delivery in accordance to Weatherford and Customer quality standard and procedures.
• Act as principle technical assistant to the Business Unit Manager and Operation Manager.
• Lead the team in ensure quality and on time delivery of equipment and services within the safety parameter of Weatherford and various oilfield operators.

Job Description
Plan, direct and coordinate activities to ensure smooth and quality project deliveries, in particular ie: liner hanger system installation. Liaise with project end users and internal support structure to ensure proper maintenance of the contract from start up until its final completion.

Desired Skills & Experience
• 8 – 10 years experience in Liner Hangers or down hole completion tools
• Must be familiar with workshop activities
• Must have spent 4 – 5 years working offshore installing Liner Hanger equipment
• Deep water experience preferred
• Proven organizational, project management and client liaison skills
• Flexible to accommodate operational requirements
• Ability to supervise inspection technician and others if required

Workshop Technician - Liner Hanger

Job Description
• Rental and running equipment mainly for Liner Hanger
• Involved in workflow packets
• Involved with workflow/equipment inspection
• The equipment involved cover Liner Hanger system, Completion Packers and Expendables
• Perform workshop duties, including repair and maintenance of equipment in a cost effective manner and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard
• To assure the implementation of related QHSE policy and procedures
• Performs other duties which may be assigned by the supervisor

Technical Application Engineer - Liner Hanger System
Job Description
Responsible for the job planning, preparation, installation and operation of the respective Completion Systems Product Lines. Preparation of technical and sales proposals. This is a multi-disciplined job function.
o Pro-actively involved in hazard identification and risk assessment and the application of controls (as appropriate).
o Assist the Technical Sales Engineers with the preparation of technical proposals and solutions for customer applications.
o Participate in pre-job briefing prior to travelling to the rig site
o Inspect equipment at the rig site and report to Company representative
o Perform pre-job checks and prepare equipment for installation.
o Report to base on any problem or malfunction and provide a comprehensive service report.
o Complete job reports and well completion schematics for future reference.
o Review job with Operations / Product Line Manager when job is completed.
o Perform workshop duties, including:
- Service, repair and maintenance of equipment in a cost effective manner and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard.
o Install or assist in the installation of Weatherford equipment using proven and established working practices within the remit of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
o Ensure that all possible preparations have taken place, equipment is fit for use and all pre-installation checks/testing have been carried out. Also to ensure that all documentation and/or certification is relative to equipment
o Maintain appropriate contact with client customer representative at the well site and ensure that relevant operational personnel are continually updated on current job status. Produce in depth reports, according to Weatherford standards well site activities prior to and during installation.
o Attend operations meetings, pre-job briefing and debriefing meetings.
o Other duties as directed.

• Petroleum or Mechanical engineer
• Computer Aided Drafting (AutoCAD, Solidworks, ProE or equivalent) – preferred
• Previous exposure to Liner Hanger or Downhole tool system preferred
