Jakarta with operation field in Madura,is looking for highly experienced
Indonesian professional to join the team.
Sr Analyst Gas Commercial and Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Analyzes the gas market and sales data
and information, and provides recommendation related to gas pricing, new
gas sales contract system, new buyers, etc
• Handles drafting of Gas Sales Agreement (GSA)
• Developes and analyzes Gas Contract
• Handles Gas Sales Negotiation
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s
Degree from a reputable university, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate
Degree is an asset, majoring in one of the following major : Economics,
Engineering, Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Commerce or Law.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understand Gas Commercial terms and Gas Sales Negotiation
• Proven experience in Gas Sales Agreement (GSA)
• Experience preferably in supervisory level specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Sr Attorney
Responsibilities:
Provide legal services and advices covering
regulations, contracts, interpretations to one or more departments
engaged in oil & gas industry to ensure proper legal administration
and compliance with prevailing regulation.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree majoring Law (Master degree will be an advantage)
• Minimum 6 years experiences in law firm or in-house legal department
• General knowledge of commercial matters in oil and gas industry
• Understand basic knowledge of PSC area
• Understand basic knowledge regarding corporate crime
• High initiative and able to initiate collaboration and partnership amongst PSCs
• Having skill of English language both writing and speaking
