Technologist/Maintenance Supervisor (Wireline)
Responsible to enhance service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes. Has a critical role in connecting field operations with the maintenance organization, helping minimize downtime and failure rates and maximize equipment productivity. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager or Location Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
- Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
- Promotes importance of data and service quality within maintenance community.
- Assists with development and coaching of junior maintenance staff.
- Supports Maintenance Manager and Location Manager in planning for equipment and maintenance resources and correcting existing discrepancies.
- Ensures application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting.
- Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.
Requirements:
- Min. D3 with Electronic education background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in O&G industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Wireline Logging/LWD Operation.
Chief Mechanic (Wireline)
The responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and hydraulic- and diesel-powered equipment. This job requires knowledge of basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component replacement. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager or Location Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in O&G industry.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working with Contractor.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.
Foreman (Wireline)
The main responsibilities are to provide leadership and being responsible for supervising productivity of crew members, while following correct work procedures and safety precautions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership that results in a safe work culture, is responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew under his/her direction.
- Coordinates the crew, and must understand and consistently apply the companys policies.
- Accountable for following project plans and schedules and ensuring that crews under his/her direction perform daily and weekly activities to meet common goals.
- Facilitate mandatory safety tool box meetings.
- Ensuring that vehicle and equipment checks are carried out.
- Support an inclusive employee relations culture, is accountable for the adherence to policies and procedures by the crew to ensure a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Accountable for ensuring that the completed work meets quality standards.
- Responsible for the preparation of reports as required by the employer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Wireline Logging Operation.
- Good command in English, written and verbal.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
Gun Shop Supervisor (Wireline)
Requirements:
- Min. SMA/SMU/SMK, D3/Polytechnic preferred.
- Min 2 years as Gun Loader, having experiences in same role will be preferred.
- Having experiences using equipment with compressor
- Having Driving License minimum A, B1 preferred.
- Able to communicate in English, verbal and written
- Good computer skill
- Good in archiving is a must
Gun Loader (Wireline)
Requirements:
- Min. SMA/SMU/SMK, D3/Polytechnic preferred.
- Basic command in English.
- Having driving license A will be an advantage
HSE Coordinator (Wireline)
Requirements:
- Min. 7 years of experience in O&G industry in similar role.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Certificate Explosive Handling &/ RadioActive Safety Officer will be an advantage
